  2. I have removed the image of the passport photograph page due to personal privacy concerns.
  3. True... Bhumibol (pronounced Phumipon) is currently at 85% and Sirikit is at 70% capacity. The figures in the table below are in million cubic metres.
  4. And the episode is named "Thai Hard" and the next one is "Thai Another Day"...
  5. There is a way... If you highlight the section of the OP that you wish to quote, then right click, you can then quote the selection. As below:
  6. It is definitely Bang Saray. You can see the Naval "New Recruit Home" villas on the hill in the background of the 4th photograph. I would hazard a guess as somewhere around "Mahan Coffee" in the Google Maps image below. Unfortunately Google Street View does not extend that far west of Bang Saray.
  7. @Andy On Tour You do realise that whilst your photographs are interesting, you are in fact trespassing on private property? Your actions are illegal in Thailand and you risk being reported to the police by any locals who may not like what you are doing. You need to be careful.
  8. A troll post and subsequent replies have been removed.
  9. A couple of off-topic posts about Australian politics have been removed.
  10. Are they golden shower trees? The golden shower tree was chosen as the national flower of Thailand in 2001 in part because the yellow can represent both Buddhism and King Rama IX. It is also the provincial flower of Khon Kaen. And you are right... they don't like wet feet. Growth for this tree is best in full sun in well-drained soil. I hope that they survive.
  11. There is an evacuation alert for the city's north. River and canal-bank residents of Rangsit to the north of Bangkok have been told to prepare to move their belongings to higher ground. All of central Thailand's largest dams are overflowing now:
  12. It's an Australian western set on the Northern Territory frontier in the 1920s, where justice itself is put on trial when an aged Aboriginal farmhand shoots a white man in self-defense and goes on the run as a posse gathers to hunt him down. IMDB link
  13. TMD radar loop shows more rain on the way... Fingers crossed for you @Crossy
  14. And the Pa Sak Jorasit Dam water level is up yet another 3% from yesterday...
  15. The Pa Sak Jorasit Dam water level is up another 3% from yesterday... Link
  16. You have good reason to be concerned... all 3 of the large dams in the Central region are overflowing or close to it... The Pa Sak Jorasit Dam impounds the Pa Sak River at Ban Kaeng Suea Ten, Tambon Nong Bua, Phatthana Nikhom District, in Lopburi Province, and Ban Kham Phran, Tambon Kham Phran, Wang Muang District, in Saraburi Province, and is the biggest reservoir in central Thailand. If it's currently at 106% capacity, that's a lot of water headed your way...
  17. Sorry... I couldn't find the sad emoji so I gave it a laugh instead... And I don't know if this is useful or not but it's supposed to be a live, updated hourly infographic about the current water level in Thailand's major waterways... Link.
  18. I don't know if this helps but here are the flood plans for both the Upper Chao Phraya basin: http://water.rid.go.th/flood/plan_new/chaophaya/Chao_up01092021.jpg and the Lower Chao Phraya basin: http://water.rid.go.th/flood/plan_new/chaophaya/Chao_low01092021.jpg
  19. This is current information from the National Hydroinformatics Data Center: Link
