  1. I called immigration, CW and Chamchuri Square, and they both confirmed that on my current Non B from IEAT I cannot get a 60 day family/wife visit extension. We have our residency in Cha am, TM is registered in apartment in Bangkok because I spend most time there as I work in Bangkok thanks
  2. Workpermit and Non B Visa through IEAT will be overdue October 31 but I cannot get the 7 day extension to arrange my stuff... Asked CW, Chamchuri and IEAT and all 3 confirm that under IEAT I cannot get an extension and will be subject to overstay at 500 thb p day as from October 31. No 7 days, no 60 days family extension, nothing seems to be possible. Called one lawyer with VISA services and they confirmed. I need to fly out What happens if the company cancels my WP on October 31 and leaves my VISA valid until October 31 and I fly out on 31.10 and return on 01.11 Would the immigration at airport stamp the VISA void and allow me in on 30 days exempt so I can get my stuff in order and start the Non O procedure??? Or would there be a repercussion because I did not 'close' my VISA at immigration on October 31?? Any suggestions or remarks?
  3. I need to go out of Thailand and want to return on TR visa and then arrange a more permanent visa I prefer this to be done by an agent in the country/embassy where I apply I heard Laos and Cambodia are fine, anyone that can advise an agent? I have 5 years of Non O and Non B extensions in passport thx
  4. How about the same slut scale for men? I mean should that not be taken into the equation??
  5. Radarbot, free version, works fine with car audio.... and picks up everything Red light camera's, police check points, speed traps... I always drive below the limit as shown at or on the roads, but there are parts, miles long where I drive, where there is no information on max speed and I don't want to driving 70 where not needed... Check yourself, 100-120 painted on the road and suddenly a sign 90. According the missus that is because RTP 'forgot to take down the signs' Yeah..... tell that in court
  6. It is sold under the name Nasonex in Thailand and available at almost all pharmacies
  7. I am not a doctor, but I have been given eye drops for ear issues and ear drops for eye issues in different pharmacies Complaints went away
  8. I also will miss an overview of scheduled payments on the phone app. Or is there a solution to see these?
  9. I did so, again, and could not find a genuine CBD product other than for external use. Thanks anyway..
  10. Do you have a link as I am unable to get any cbd or hemp oil in the search function on Lazada. Can be by PM if you want
  11. https://www.trustpilot.com/review/cheaptickets.co.th
  12. Yes, nothing wrong with them but only used them for local flights. Changes however in dates means full costs, but I assume it is the same with other providers I use trip.com a lot as well as they have nice offers. Just check through skyscanner.co.th and you will get mostly all offers available
  13. It is possible but it also depends on the classification of the company (BOI, non BOI) as well as the location as in on or off an Industrial Estate. Rules are the same everywhere throughout Thailand I would say as the WP is not handed out by immigration but by the ministry or the one stop service I have it since 2014 when I retired and returned a year later.
  14. Marketplace on facebook has a very nice selection of everything you want or need
  15. Thanks, I will take all advises in account and will make a decision based on the information Thanks again all
  16. That is another thing I didnot discuss yet. Currently the fence pole is 2.50 of which half in concrete base. The other half to which I want to connect the new pole of 3 meter will be under the ground when I have leveled the earth with which we increased/heightened the land. Then the double pole would show just a tiny fraction of itself. And this will be covered with cowboy fence and plants. We have no neighbors, on either side, so the other side is not an issue, but taken care of anyway
  17. My apologies, it was not done on purpose.
  18. The existing poles are poured in to cement/concrete, little hard to dig them out The part that would look ugly, where I attached the 2 poles, cant be seen as we are adding earth to the land. One meter in earth, consisting of top of old pole and bottom of new pole, and then 2 meter 'new poles'
  19. Thanks I cant' find extenders so I will need to drill them together? Some cement glue and bolts or screws.. I think zip fasteners through existing holes will not have the longevity?
  20. Have a fence with concrete precast poles 10 x10 . 2 meter long of which 1 meter in concrete so very sturdy, 2.50 meter apart I want to extend them I guess buying similar poles and fixing them to the existing pole would be a solution But are there extenders for this??? Or what would be an easier or better solution? thnaks
