Cholos have recently opened by Dolphin Circus on Naklua/Pattaya Road. They describe themselves as the best Mexican place in Bangkok. They already have 70 reviews and are very highly rated, scoring an average of 4.9 out of 5. Google Maps shows all reviews along with the menu and photos. It's not quite central Pattaya but is 5-10 minutes away on a Baht bus.

It will be in the new development on Pattaya/Naklua Rd near Dolphin roundabout, a few units up from the new El Gaucho site. No timescales for when they will open, nor El Gaucho who are advertising on site for staff.
