PM Congratulates Farmers on Receiving Agricultural Land Titles
champers replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
Right man in charge. -
Yes JD, still looking good for automatic promotion. Our match last Saturday was abandoned after a fan suffered a heart attack and sadly passed away later so games are stacking up for us. Luton at home in the FA Cup tonight is winnable but would bring more fxture congestion. Manager Ian Evatt is happy with the situation. Players want to play and want to win. The squad may cope as is but a couple of loans may be incoming. We will take young Bobb off your hands to give him some good experience. You won't need him when Haaland is back. See what happened to Trafford after his time with us - went from Accrington Stanley reject to £15 Million plus add-ons worth of player.

Changing Money in Pattaya
champers replied to Destiny1990's topic in Jobs, Economy, Banking, Business, Investments
TT have 2 large branches which might be better for such a large amount. One is on 2nd Rd close to junction with Pattaya South (Tai) Rd, the other on Pattaya / Naklua Rd on the LHS heading up from the roundabout. Some banks in Central Festival 4th Floor give good rates, e.g. Kasikorn. -
Anyone seen either of these for sale in Pattaya lately?

Getting in touch with people working/running a buisness in Jomtien/Pattaya
champers replied to Nillerille's topic in Pattaya
There are a couple of expat clubs which hold regular (monthly?) meetings in Pattaya. I believe new attendees are always welcome and they may be just the thing for you in the first instance, at least. -
The food appears to make you argumentative and behave like a child.

Seatbelts compulsory, if I recall correctly. Excellent standard of driving too.

Grottinos is Italian run and they sell Hawaiian pizzas. They are very popular, as is their spicy seafood spaghetti. Most of their customers are non- Italian, they don't let food snobbery get in the way of knowing what customers want and meeting that demand.
-
Melodies bar on Beach Rd Soi 3 and Sonjas on Soi 4 are both quieter though they play music which is not too loud.
-
Try Grottinos on Soi 33 off Pattaya/Naklua Rd ( opposite Grand Centre Point Space hotel). or ... Bella Italia on 2nd Road nearly opposite Soi 6. My better half loves Hawaiian pizza, she won't even try any other. I can't stand them.

No; MCOT used to have broadcast rights but that ended about 5 years ago.

Pattaya Beach Trees Off-Limits for Unauthorized Signage
champers replied to webfact's topic in Pattaya News
Most of the signs on trees are put up by the city council itself advertising various festivals and events. Doctor heal thyself. -
Pattaya floating market: Loss of Chinese tourists amidst safety concerns
champers replied to webfact's topic in Pattaya News
Didn't great swathes of this place get destroyed by a fire recently? Tourist or not, Chinese or any other nationality, the chance of dying a horrible death engulfed by flames is a bit off-putting. -
It's OK for a mini-break.

There is a direct bus from North Pattaya bus station; journey time is about 5 hours.

High risk for; presumably; high return. If this is a one-off purchase it will hurt; if he is a regular investor using this method he will see it as an occupational hazard but will likely be up in the long-term. I guess digging deep into the developer's background before committing financially is the key.
