    There are a few potential sites in and near to Pattaya. I'll stick with my AWC prediction for Pattaya 2nd Road. The Melia Hotel is opening soon on 2nd Road, a big refurb and upgrade for what was once the Grand Sole. This is an AWC project. Incidentally, Thaksin and ex-PM Srettha both have commercial properties nearby - Centric Sea, The Base and The Edge.

    You can see the old Peace Resort in the background, not demolished but being redeveloped. The new Nana Plaza? It's the right semi-circular shape and multi-storied.

    TT have a couple of large branches who can. One is on 2nd Rd, the other on Pattaya/Naklua Rd.

    The beach operators used to get a lot of business from those Chinese who didn't fancy going parasailing. The tour companies pre-paid for the chairs plus a meal and a bottle of water. Various beach road sellers are missing out too.
