    In case you end up in hospital with Cov19 (some ppl still do) insurance is convenient. Can be covered by your travel policy.

    It will vary depending on exchange rate. Exchange rates fluctuate. Don't fall for this statement as non convertable currencies will first convert to US$ then to whatever currency you are paying in. You may benefit some if you start your trip in this "cheaper" country but not if you buy a ticket in Rubel and start your flight in Bkk. Happy to get proven wrong.😉

    Somebody messed up. Get another test done. Shld be done after 10h fast i.e. before breakfast. Not after a meal.

    Can highly recommend a nephrologist at Bumrungrad. While fees for standard tests are fixed, his fees are very moderate. He will not sell you anything not needed. He listens to the patient & he asks questions. Not common with Thai doctors.

    Was recently looking at renting an apartment/condo in Bkk. Very few landlords give you the actual bill. They charge you 8 Bht+++ per unit. No reduction gets passed on.

    Pure cotton is way more than 1500 Thb. You look at about 3000++ from a decent tailor. See Tailor On Ten.

    You most likely in your home country VAT is charged when you shop. You still pay income tax as well.
