Thailand's COVID-19 cases continue to surge with 8,263 new cases
sungod replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Yes you can, but my experience in Pattaya at least has been hit and miss with availability and prices range from around 60 to nearly 200 THB in some cases. What I found best is ordering from Lazada/shopee. I ordered 20 nasal/throat test kits on the 2nd Jan, were here by midday on the 4th. With post charges worked out around 65 baht a kit. -
Thanks, I see this on shopee

After too many close escapes with the fingers (drilling and cutting) I think its time to invest in a work bench with some form of securing mechanism. Space in the store is limited, so rather than a permanent fixture, any recommendations on folding solutions?

Pay mine at the Post office

Thats why I ordered from Lazada, could see that they had stock. From ordering to delivery was only 2 days.

They work out around 65 baht each on Lazada, many ways to pay, have you considered cash on delivery? Other than that, I understand they can cost up to 150 in some pharmacies, heard 7-11 and Mr DIY may stock also (subject to availability) I'd go cash on delivery with Lazda/shopee

Must depend on the kit then, my kids school swab both, the kits I have at home allow both. -

Pardon my ignorance, but I thought the whole idea was to swab the nose and mouth at the same time? A kind of capture all? I certainly dont think ATK kits should be taken with a grain of salt, I know numerous people who displayed symptoms and used them to test, the result was positive and now they are self isolating. I'm recovered now, but that was the route I took. This kits allow people to act responibly without the prospect of being hauled off to the Gulag if they tell someone. -
Last year I put a SSD into a 12 year old lap top that was ready for the bin, works wonderful now!

Omicron Wave Expected to be Less Severe Than Delta
sungod replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
London had its peak just before Christmas I was reading, both deaths and hospitalizations continue to fall. Its in a sub story on this page https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10366875/Leading-Oxford-vaccine-expert-warns-giving-regular-boosters-not-sustainable.html There is also another interesting read on that page; 'Are we on the brink of OVER-vaccinating in the fight against Covid?' -
Omicron Wave Expected to be Less Severe Than Delta
sungod replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
Giving Covid booster jabs to people every six months is not “sustainable” and a fourth dose should not be rolled until there is more evidence, the head of the UK’s vaccine body has said. https://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/fourth-covid-booster-jab-omicron-b1986348.html -
You can turn them off.

My history was all over the place on the web before new year. Logged in one day and saw a picture of some cupboard handles ordered from China and a description of an android box I bought.
