Ex wife? divorce? clean break, say no. Women here try and hang on to their ATM for as long as possible, sadly men are often mugs

Some will develop dementia, Parkinson's etc, then it's a slow torturous death over many years

Possible but I'm talking about central Pattaya, I don't bother with Jomtien or Pratumnak

Lazada, trial and error buying different beans until you find the perfect one. I currently blend 100% Arabica with Vietnam Robusta

Got it thanks. Never needed it previously. Last year i didn't get the bill until towards end of June so it's still early, I'll probably pay again by QR, same last year

Earphones are handy for sure if a farang bore sits next to you. Many of them have predictable chat, wanting to play trumps, you know, been here longer, more money, done more, bores best avoided

In Pattaya my condo reached 33.1⁰ yesterday afternoon, a record, that's with wind blowing from the sea through my condo front to back -

What documents is the juristic condo person required from the owners.

Depends, my lawyer friend was approached because a guy paid off plan and it hadn't moved for years, basically kaput, she checked the funding of the company, nothing, so no point pursuing. Seems easy for these dodgy companies to just move the money out before things kick off -

Thai mobile phone provider wants too much money

Very true, it's all garbage, my 10mbps AIS sim and 30mbps DTAC sim streams TV as good as my 3BB 250+mbps fibre, the main advantage i guess is unlimited data. The AN upgrade last week proved that, it was them all along -
Depends where probably, i noticed Rayong much friendlier than Pattaya, maybe they are fed up with farang, many unsavoury characters here who tarnish all of us

When you add them to Line they usually want your reference which is the chanote number
-
Probably better to add them to Line first, their ID is on the bill and ask for their payment instructions, if they aren't already on the bill

Those with health insurance will have to self insure anyway due to the potential of claim denied plus of course those premiums likely to get unaffordable when you need cover the most. How much is required? as much as possible on standby. Use good govt hospitals where possible, do lots of research, go abroad if necessary. Of course carry emergency contact details
-
i reckon a hospital visit for a cough and mandatory blood pressure check resulting in a high reading would probably give insurers a claim denied excuse for anything cardiovascular
