If you carefully select the condos that are popular then you have a chance to rent it out often. In UK it's easy to find tenants as there is a housing shortage, in Thailand it's flooded with way too many condos, in Pattaya would be lucky if 50% occupied

I just started using Google Authenticator for Wise, added security makes sense -
so one phone or tablet and any number of devices accessing via web

why a hat due to cataracts? wouldn't that require sunglasses? a hat protects against skin damage. Personally i use a golf cap when playing golf, got a sowing lady to put a flap at the back to protect my neck, works well

yes even farang doctors get it wrong, i have experience of that, keep investigating an issue until you get the right outcome

i don't bother with the friends thing, if someone i know sends me a friends request i accept, i never accept unknowns, often fake scammers, i also never send requests. People can get alot out of facebook without all that nonsense

Good point, they now (like all agents) charge extra for opening the mandatory bank account -
I don't use it for keeping in touch, the app is very useful for groups, much better than aseannow which is very limited
