    There is an argument for not having those yearly full range of tests, just a way to sell expensive medical procedures. Getting yearly blood test of the usual important indicators only a few hundred baht. As for stones again argument for not operating unless causing a problem. Doctors here at private hospitals are basically sales people

    so your friend list is likely many fakes who use their profile for dodgy things like selling items etc, it doesn't effect you so you don't care

    I get them too, usually a pretty woman with very few photos, probably a male scammer trying to build up friends before they do something dodgy. I don't accept friend requests unless i know the person

    Immigration Jomtien can be obnoxious for sure, banks also can be abrupt. I wouldn't move town because of it, i only see them once or twice a year

    I usually wear a singlet, hot country and all that, look pretty good I think, not a fat slob, but i recon they profile me, younger looking singlet wearing farang, got to be guilty. I remember once when i wore a polo shirt in Big C Extra, no following around. I'm also a quick walker, maybe that looks suspicious. Thaiwatsadu and Homepro no issue there, staff too lazy, i have to go find them

    Breathing seems restricted to me if i just use the nose, which wouldn't help with sleeping

    Lucky you, I've not seen a hot Russian working here, generally they are rougher and older than what you could get in Russia

    This only applies to Bangkok Bank but with Wise you must say reason for transfer "long term stay" or buying a property" for it to show as International. There have been reports of this still not working so test it, if it fails maybe transfer from UK bank to Bangkok Bank for that month

    You can get a residence certificate with a hotel bill, you make it sound dramatic

    A massage\bar fine is normal if someone takes the lady out the shop, if someone had to go home etc owner shouldn't charge, sometimes lady may try and get a gullible farang ATM to pay it. In massage shops 50\50 seems normal in Pattaya and yes majority don't pay staff just for turning up, they can't not enough customers

    it's off Kasetsin, a bitch of an area to get to, you'll need a motorbike or taxis. I live Pratumnak not far away but id6 avoid Kasetsin, condos are fine but just out the way, rents probably lower for the same reason
