People see sugar as the enemy but it's most likely the junk food that got them to being pre-diabetic or diabetic, i eat loads of sugar. Add to tea, smoothies, porridge. Extra sugar when out cycling, Hba1c always good
Back in 98 that was kinda normal, stop at tailors or gem shop and tuk tuk fare was less. I just said no, surprised it's still going.
