The conjugal bed is a must, but his and hers ensuite bathrooms are the imperative in our house. Not so much about toilet seat debates (that's a western construct) but more about having her own space for all her crap.

Crap? So she is a bad cook?

You can watch the Democratic Party in the US on the news every day of the year. They wrote the book on it. It's absurd for people on here to accuse Thailand of being corrupt when their own countries are much worse. It's just hidden a bit deeper. It seems many forum members are looking for any excuse to condemn Thailand. 3rd World? - not even close.

Only the Democrat Party? A rather biased opinion methinks. When the reports of an alleged crooked ex president are published every day.

Agreed, I apply it daily. Nivea Men have an excellent range. Just go choose your skin type.

Nivea Men? In my day when I first used it, men weren't expected to put cream on their 'boat races.' I just use Trad. Nivea. Like the old TV advert in black and white. 'Made for men. With women in mind.' I don't think it was for Nivea though and there were no TV ads or even TV then. Just rubbing it in.

  4. If it's just dry skin use Nivea creme. The real stuff. Not the stuff with whitener. When I did my army National Service training in Wales in 1952 the March winds and rain was like my face being sandblasted. The girl in the NAAFI put me onto it. The Nivea I mean. I've used it ever since.

Tell it like it is. And never forget, despite all the boasting to the contrary, 17 of his businesses have failed in the past few  decades. Some at huge losses. Trump Steaks, Trump Shuttle Airline ($120 million in losses between 1988 and 1990), GoTrump, Trump Vodka, Trump Mortgage, Trump University, Trump Ice, The New Jersey Generals, Tour de Trump, Trump Network, Trump Magazine, Trumped!. Many businesses that licensed his name went bankrupt, or went out of business. And he had between four and six major bankruptcies (depending on the source), including the Trump Taj Mahal (which he spent $1.2 billion building, and was $3 billion in debt within a year of opening), Trump's Castle, Trump Place Hotel (which was very successful prior to Trump buying it in 1988, and he managed to put it into $550 million in debt by 1992!), Trump Hotels and Casinos Resorts ($1.8 billion in debt by 2004, bankrupt in 2009) , and Trump Entertainment Resorts. There are likely others. And this does not take into account the 3,600 lawsuits he was involved in as of the time he took office, the vast majority of which were filed by small contractors against his companies for non payment, or total default. Many of these contractors were crushed. It is part of his M.O.

Then he failed miserably as president, and was likely the 43rd worst ever. God forbid he get's re-elected. All bets are off, at that point. I only wish he had a better opponent.

    Or younger.

What a joke. It's the wild wild west out there. Instruct the police to do their jobs, hand out tickets and while you're at it, give out a few parking tickets as well. Pattaya for one is a freaking mess.

I got wheel clamped on Walking Street around 1am, way back in 1987. I must have been the first one in Thailand. It cost me Bt300, reduced from Bt500 because I told the desk sergeant that my brother inlaw was a top policeman. Or I thought I did. I called him a sopolot (pineapple) and not a saluwat (policeman) He is retired now and I met him a week ago and he said to my son "Me sopalot. Bt500." The family joke.
