I won't comment on the health report itself, but seeing him a couple of months back and comparing with the video from 2017, he seemed, at least from outside, to be in a far better shape now than what he was during his first presidency. But then, he's nearly 80 years old. I don't know what people expect from someone that age. To be energetic like a teenager? Of course he would have some medical issues, for which he requires medication. His unhealthy diet might have contributed to some of them, but the man never touched alcohol or smoked, spends a lot of time out in the golf fields, and probably White House cooks refuse to serve him McDonald's, likely leading to better diet much of the time now. Hence, overall, I don't think it is unexpected that he's of relatively good physical health. And for mental health, most people lose sharpness with age. Jokes section is full of forget where I was going or what I was going to get jokes about old people. You may expect that he's held to some higher standard due to his job, but if that's the case, make maximum age for someone to run for POTUS at half his age.
