  1. The BBC is a puppet of the government in power . The current situation regarding the plan to send refugees to Ruwanda is a breach of the agreement with the United Nations . Similar to the grotesque movement of refugees from Australia to islands away from Australian territory. Thank you to Gary for making this miscarriage of justice know to the world .
  2. Therefore I make a point . Ignorant behaviour to leave the engine running and busy talking on the phone and enjoy the air conditioning. Sad
  3. Any evidence that a phone could cause a fire will be suppressed for obvious reasons.
  4. If you believe that then all well and good. If a phone can burst into flames on the users bed side then the phone. Can do the same while being charged in a car or motorcycle.
  5. There is evidence of phones exploding while being charged . If you are charging in a car or motorcycle then there is a chance of a explosion while refilling at a service station
  6. I am sorry this man has got into this situation yet I have asked myself why he has 5 children to provide for and looking for work in Thailand when he has or had far more chance of that in the UK. My conclusion is that the man is irresponsible. The parents are left in a difficult situation for sure . Even if the man is taken to the UK , will that change anything for the children he is responsible for? . I doubt that to be perfectly honest. He has become a liability for all around him .
  7. Not worth taking the chance to find out if you are right or not
  8. When the car is running the alternator is charging the battery and running electricity to the lights etc . Any fault could ignite the petrol vapour coming out from a tank being filled . If you turn on the ignition for starting the engine the cap is back on and any vapour is dispersed by then . The risk is slim but why take the risk
  9. No of course not . But a faulty battery in a car or phone has the potential to cause petrol vapour to explode .
  10. Lightning maybe Many saying there is no risk but the experts have a criteria motive when you look at the huge amounts of money I volved in the mobile phone industry .
  11. Yes it has been known before . There was an explosion caused by a mobil phone one time that I have read about when the user received a call while filling up the tank.
  12. Many reasons you could have a fault in the wiring of a car. I had my tank filled in the Philippines with a pump attendant smoking at the same time .Not seen it here yet
  13. Smoking , mobil phones , electric short from a fault in the car etc
  14. Diesel vapour can explode but needs a higher temperature .
  15. The petrol vapour will explode if ignited . Could be ignited by a host of reasons.
  16. I agree, but if all cars turn off there engine you minimise the risk.
  17. You mean that the present government will win the next general election with a greater majority?
  18. An explosion from the vapour coming out from the tank as you fill the tank with fuel
