  1. It's a much greater war crime to wage war from within hospitals. No excuse. In fact, that is the cause of all the war crimes, isn't it? So they are all on Hamas.
  2. False equivalence. Hamas hides under hospitals as they kill Israeli citizens. DUH.
  3. Assuming without proof that all Israel does to protect itself is a war crime is antisemitic.
  4. Not an issue, they don't use car bombs.
  5. Lol, OK, fair. So she was 0.3% Arab?
  6. Yes, I got that wrong, thought I had read Arab-Israeli but it was not.
  7. One of your 300 to 400 claim? Fail. I've already seen that clip. Witness claims Hamas was so nice and polite. Well, she herself is Arab. Is that the best evidence you have for 0.3% of your claim?
  8. Lawfirms? How many of these stand to make money off the situation?

  10. First your critical thinking spreads misinformation. Now the same critical thinking says that's OK because ... your critical thinking. I think your 'critical' is more like the one they use in hospitals?
  11. I stopped watching at 8 minutes after so many mistakes. He also suggested that money earned decades ago would get counted, but the rules clearly say you must be a tax resident when the money is earned.
  12. First, what's being discussed? I mentioned the RD's change to a loophole allowing overseas earned income (earned while tax resident here) to enter Thailand tax free by waiting to the year after it was earned. After Jan 1, 2024, it will be taxable in any future year. I did post the RD's official comments about the change as many seem unaware of them, but those were the RD's words, not mine. I can't discuss how this may affect different individuals and surely can't discuss individuals' and their countries' complex tax paperwork, which seems to be your concern. Re: my comment. I understand the RD rule because in 2018 I auctioned a large collection in China over several months. Concerned about tax, I called the RD and spoke with an officer (in Thai, which I speak well). She explained it all and suggested I keep the money in China until the next year, and thus no tax, DTA, etc. Next year I can't do that. Though I can sympathize with your pain, each person's story will differ.
  13. "We were told the vaccine was safe - but what happened has been life-changing" - Red Phoenix: Clarification for readers: Which vaccine? The Astrazenica vaccine you refer to is not related to mRNA vaccines. No mRNA, no lipid particles, different mechanism. It's a DNA SARS-2-Cov spike vaccine using a adenovirus viral vector from monkeys. [reference] BTW: Covid the disease is the primary cause of blood clots, lots, up to 10,500 in 1.4 million: https://www.heart.org/en/news/2022/09/19/blood-clot-risk-remains-elevated-nearly-a-year-after-covid-19 Edit: added reference to viral vector vaccines.
  14. Been here 37 years, not too many surprises left. I understand the new clause because I've used its prior version in the past while consulting with the RD. I know what it says. This will have some impact on some, not all foreign tax residents and I encourage everyone to better understand the tax laws. I will not opine as that's all this thread has. I will observe that all relevant discussion and news from the RD is on their Thai language site, not a mention on the English site.
  15. He is just repeating what the Thai RD already explained, if you've been keeping track. It's a translation but the point is clear. "However, if the person who has the money has already been taxed in the country of origin of the money. Those who have income can Tax that is retained by the country of income that has a double tax treaty with Thailand can be used as a tax credit. According to the criteria specified in the double tax treaty." 16. 'billions to hundreds of billions of DNA molecules per dose' To help readers, how much is billions? To make it easy, do you know how many DNA molecules (base pairs) are in a human cell? Should be easy to look up...
  17. No, that's not the conclusion. It's a sound byte from the conclusion, which isolated from the rest becomes disinformation. Let me explain(which perhaps you should have done). 1. They measured DNA concentrations two ways, qPCR and florescence. 2. Florescence is a cheap easy way. 3. PCR is most sensitive, as low as picogram quantities! [reference] Their florescence measurements were off the charts, 100s X over limit. Their qPCR measurements were normal, below set limits. Therefore they used qPCR to present their data, below: The dotted red line at the top is the FDA limit, all measurements are below. This graph shows little, not even good correlation with problematic VAERS. Note: there are various scientific principles related to the different concentration measurements and the difference remains unresolved. One point is that tiny busted up pieces are not easily detected by PCR but they're likely harmless as they've lost their genetic message. Still, it is a worthy subject to pursue, but not as disinformation.
  18. 1. Shanghai immigration is in China. Thailand didn't test anything in or out. 2. For all foreigners AFAICT. I was not singled out. The test took seconds.
  19. Good news. Just came back from Shanghai, immigration was impressive. At one point I was taken to a small room with nurses who swabbed my throat. They said it was for Covid, Influenza, and another virus. They would contact me if anything was positive. I told them I never had Covid and they laughed, they said everyone has had Covid. Last year's great Chinese Covid wave must have been something.
  20. Sorry, already answered above. Quickly, but buried in a sea of 'pro-Palestinian' propaganda @Morch
  21. What are you talking about? They can be citizens?
  22. How long did it take for Israel to correct the misinformation? Be specific.
  23. Rabbits can't be citizens. But, what language does it speak?
  24. Oh, well before that. Dots never stop. And they surely don't stop on a single dot of your choice.
  25. ... and that terrorist attack caused this. By Hamas design, this is the only way to stop worse to come. You must connect all the dot's, not just those you choose.
