We register the TM30 initially with the contract - then give them the login/password to the renter to administer. I'm not monitoring their comings and goings on a daily basis or trust that they tell me when and where they've gone/back Keep the email showing you've handed the responsibility to the renter re their responsibility to register TM30 movements.

So please elaborate, enlighten us on what you would have done. I'm sure you have scores of stories you tell by the campsite to the boys how you saved/save Thailand on a daily basis ...

Was John Terry in the pic for all ? ????

With Liverpool up for sale - probably at a STEAL With Man Utd now for sale - probably the biggest buyer. Chelsea may go down another rung in that ladder re financial wealth I assume the top two will be bought by seriously rich patrons...... I don't think the new Chelsea owners thought that when they bought it recently.

HI My wife is writing her will and as a "wipeout" provision if we both die at the same time looking at what taxes we may incur if we leave monies to my siblings in England. My wife is 10 years younger than me, doesn't drink, smoke or take drugs - and a doctor - so I'm assuming she'll outlive me. However in the event of us both dying in an accident we'd like to share the monies from Thailand ( we have Condos ) between our brothers and sisters in Thai & UK. If we add my brothers/sisters as benefactors to her Thai will, will those monies be taxed before been sent to the UK and if so how much ? Mods - I looked for a category and couldn't find it so please move to where required.

I got back from LK Metro 10 mins ago & I didn't see any signs for the England game - nobody was advertising it.

I came in yesterday afternoon. All very straight forward, no questions re any of the above. Non-Thai immigration hardly any queue. Thai, we were straight through. Baggage reclaim was a bit of a nightmare - probably waited for about an hour. I noticed others with notices also of Baggage reclaim delays.

Does anyone even care about the World Cup this year?
Pmbkk replied to bob smith's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
I think Covid had a much larger impact than people realise on top league games. I used to watch all the games on TV, but the absence of fans on the terraces during covid made the games sterile. I now watch much less than I did before. If fans want to change the game - stay away for set dates agreed between fans. Clubs will realise without atmosphere they have nothing to sell and no amount of marketing / PR will compensate. No fans = No atmosphere = No Sponsorship/TV income, -
Does anyone even care about the World Cup this year?
Pmbkk replied to bob smith's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
I've never known English people be less interested in a major football competition - esp' the World Cup - ever. I live in London and you usually see "White van man" with England flags flying everywhere, private cars with flags, pubs decked with flags in and outside. Massive supermarket beer promotions etc. The papers full of it from every angle. Barely anything - maybe the current mood of the nation. From a footballing/marketing perspective it's close to a non-entity compared to usual. -
I don't know one but my missus is a doctor in BKK(but we're living in London ) and she said you can get it from a clinic. Persevere with the clinics if you don't wish to go to the hospital.

If you check into a hotel - even for one night, it's their responsibility to do a TM30 - ask them before checking in to ensure they follow government process. Your Airbnb host sounds dodgy so I'd get out of dodge asap and find a more reputable establishment. If they say anything tell them you'll report them to Airbnb re illegal activities which would get them kicked out of Airbnb. Hosts can give you a userid/password so you can submit your own TM30. Signing a blank contract is complete madness.... !!!

Nice places to go for an evening walk in Hua Hin
Pmbkk replied to username415's topic in Hua Hin and Cha-Am
Cicada Market is nice to walk around for a couple of hours, do a bit of shopping and have a beer/food - close to Ibis Hotel. I've not been back for 2.5 years due to Covid, but that area was developing greatly before we left. -
Thai Leaving UK with western passport expired
Pmbkk replied to Tingnongnoi's topic in Visas and migration to other countries
I doubt Immigration/airline would allow him to go to Thailand without a passport covering his trip. Could be an expensive mistake. Sweden I believe is part of Schengen so he'd also have to prove he's only been in the UK for 90 days in the last 180 ? As the other person said - he needs to contact the Swedish Embassy for a solution. -
WISE Card is accepted in supermarkets?
Pmbkk replied to lyskamm's topic in Jobs, Economy, Banking, Business, Investments
Many people - including me - say you DO get charged a 220 ATM fee for WISE at the ATM. This was only a few months ago. I don't believe you're correct to say there is no fee ! -
Crossing border into Malaysia with my Motorbike
Pmbkk replied to banglay's topic in Motorcycles in Thailand
I worked in Singapore a bit and we used to have some guys come from Malaysia to work in the bank - so professional guys. I know at the time they told me they weren't allowed to stay overnight on their licenses & had strict regulations in Singapore. I think Singapore is pretty strict re vehicles regs/licenses. Sounds a nice journey. -

Brit Travelling to Thailand for around 90 days
Pmbkk replied to Maud's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
With what is entailed for up to 90 days you believe this is the best option. I'm glad we have experts... I'd give it in if I was you ... No more from me. -
Brit Travelling to Thailand for around 90 days
Pmbkk replied to Maud's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Please give it a rest - you don't own threads, even though you think you do . It's a forum for general comment. He's over for 90 days so travel insurance is what he'll require. Why would he go for a retirement visa for a 90 day holiday ? -
It'll be over by Sunday as that's when I arrive ????
