Correct me if I am wrong but is not all land being used by Government Departments "Crown Land" ?? If that is so then with Government of the day, Crown Land Department & Monarch's consent the land can be repurposed for the betterment of people without compensation to any said Government Department.

There is of course a law stipulating maximum DB levels allowed to escape your property after 11pm. Another problem is not just DB but Hz levels. Most Thai bars purchase these cheap audio systems & crank up the bass as far as it will go. A good Dolby system will reduce the lower hard to treat Hz levels

30 days on arrival with a possible 15 day extension from Imm' for tourists up to 3 times a year. Organize Imm' so 2 days overstay alarm bells start to ring. Your wife (who I presume owns the property) is supposed to fill in a Tm30 within 24 hours, but unless a person is going to seek an extension past & beyond the 30 day on arrival visa exempt I would ignore in particular as no Tm 6 on arrival, they have no idea where she is or supposed to be now. but to get technical ?
