Cuttings from Auto flowering plants, is it possible?
BritManToo replied to Bday Prang's topic in Thailand Cannabis Forum
To be fair, the advice about using normal seeds was appropriate. After being dissatisfied with the results from autoflowers, (ratio of success to failure about 1:1 and never a large enough crop) I started using feminised seeds all the time. In Thailand you didn't really need to worry about day/night hours as the plants always flowered when they were big enough, and I could take 20 cuttings from just 1 planted seed, so way cheaper than autos and huge crops (success to failure around 10:1. I also found it pointless to grow anything except feminised, as the seeds with males seemed to predominate and it just wasn't worth the waste of my time an resources to grow essentially useless plants. Off topic, Fis High offered me Tropicana Cherry this morning for 5bht/gm, so I'm trying 50g for 299 inc (COD). Thought the American Pie looked nice at 7bht/gm but I tend to stick with 70percent Indica (or more). -
I quite like Hua Hin for little holidays, Breakfast at Murphy's Irish Bar and grill, then onto to the SeaSide Restaurant pier for lunch and a few beers. Maybe a paddle and walk around the fishing harbour, then around the edge of The Hilton and along the beach. Early evenings in BintaBaht, then after happy hour a walk along to Soi 80 for more beer and a chat with the ladies. It was always an enjoyable trip with my boozy pals. SeaSide restaurant pier just behind and above the fishing boats.

The Troubling Decline of DEI: A Step Backward for America

I think what's best for 'we' is to keep 'them' out. All the best/successful cultures are 99.9% homogenous. -

Nah, the people down the street only employ nonwhites, disabled people, women and rainbow people. -
Trump’s Inauguration: A Gathering of Global Far-Right Leaders
BritManToo replied to Social Media's topic in World News
I think it's a little odd that 14M more votes were cast in 2020 than 2016 and 2024, and that they were all for the Dems, while Trumps votes were fairly constant in all 3 elections. It's also a little odd that the Dems don't seem to want voters to show ID at the voting stations, especially when considering most socialist (commie) countries want to see your papers at every opportunity. -

It doesn't matter, he's getting his second go now. -
Macro sell it in the bacon section, for some reason they call it Canadian bacon, but in reality it's gammon steaks. 6x half inch steaks per pack.

I see cows everywhere I cycle, lots of moms and babies grazing the roadside verges unsupervised, some more wandering around the cropped rice paddies. This one walks by my local coffee shop with his mom every morning.

I'd employ the best candidate that would work for the lowest wage, and take the least time off. Essentially straight culturally Christian males. -

Elephants are not native to Thailand, they were introduced 500 years ago. -

Not quite, There's been many deaths from carbon monoxide poisoning, if the (gasoline powered) air compressor has the intake too near the exhaust, you get small amounts of CO in the tank. You can still breath when the air is under pressure while diving, but get poisoned when back at normal air pressure. -

I fired a date for voting for Trump
BritManToo replied to Prubangboy's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
Bit of an odd question, If I want to bang 'em, and think I'm in with a chance, I'll say whatever I think will get the job done. If I don't want to bang 'em, there won't be a date, or even a conversation, in the first place. -

Disagree, It's giving women the choice that's stopping breeding. -
That doesn't look good, and is way more that I'd pay. That fish looks like it was from a box of frozen Birds-eye hoki.

Electric Vehicles in Thailand
BritManToo replied to Bandersnatch's topic in Thailand Motor Discussion
Misses just tried to buy a secondhand electric car 18 months old with 30 payments left on credit from K-bank (taking over the original loan repayments). K-bank say they don't finance 2nd hand electric cars, so the owner will need to repay the loan in full, and she will then need to pay cash. Looks like we won't be getting an electric car, unless the current owner knocks 30kbht off his asking price. That can't be good for the electric car market in Thailand. -
What does anyone think of Barrio Barretto?
BritManToo replied to Watawattana's topic in Philippines General Chat
Great place, nightclubs, bars, Mexican/German/British/Australian food, really cheap but decent spirits and a couple of great beaches. Before COVID I would holiday there with a bunch of pals 3x a year. Accomodation about 20% more than Thailand, powers cuts 4x a week, and the internet is a lot slower. Baloy Long beach, and Barretto bay. -
Thai Relationships: The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly

Met her in a bar, took her home that night, 1 week later living together, another week and married. 15 years and one son later, and it's still great. Former British wife, courted for two years before marriage and it was a disaster.
