Anyone can buy a car without licence or insurance perfectly legaly the not legal bit is driving it on a public road without licencse or insurance. -

Don't know about guest houses but suspect technically they should also be logging customers online activities like gaming and Internet cafes are supposed to. I think a VPN can mitigate that if you use your own devices and avoid CCTV having a direct view of your screen.

Iran does not have a nuclear weapon..US intelligence says just a few weeks ago But according to Isreal they have been months away from one for the last 30 years. Never mind that the Iranian government has said they are pursuing nuclear electricity production as is their sovereign right, had signed up to the nuclear non proliferation treaty and had let IAEA inspectors in to inspect facilities for 20 years..non of which Isreal has done.

What a load of rubbish,pure propaganda,nothing to do with studying English. All to do with sanctioning an organisation that is viewed as unfriendly to the "regime “. Plenty of examples where UK,EU, US has done the same.
