  1. WW2 was 80 years ago. WW3 brewing up as we speak so many gutless wonder keyboard warriors egging it on.
  2. Better than I thought it would be.. certainly not like some UK council estates full of violent yobbos. Bahn Ohh Arton... government housing project...exact location classified 😋 ..but easy to work out for anyone reading my posts.
  3. What I understand is that a national power grid needs stability and that solar and wind power source's are not stable.
  4. You don't discuss anything full stop. Just cryptic innuendo and/or insults.
  5. I must admit to never having entering the one near Walking Street,so maybe that one smells ?
  6. I noticed that the girls on the check out start off quite friendly as new employees but almost always become snobbish after a while very strange, I commented on it in previous threads about the place. Also there is no basement 😋 No.
  7. Apparently UK also came close to grid shutdown this January for the same stupid reasons..I mean come on North sea oil and gas..its a no brainer..but instead they will buy in energy from France who also have their own problems.
  8. I suppose I should say that it only applies to your own private property NOT business so if you own a restaurant you can't change a lightbulb of wait table's or do the washing up and wouldn't get a work permit for those jobs anyway... Happy now ?
  9. Seems a new photo had been added which wasnt in the original post.
  10. In other words the "green energy" isn't reliable and we should keep the coal, oil and gas which is. Nuclear as a last resort as it is not very clean or cheap.
  11. How could it be any other way..do you have a Thai person wash your dishes cook your food walk your dog clean your house etc etc You are allowed to "do work" on your own property meaning you can fix your car ,mow the grass change lightbulbs or rewire the whole place if you want to. What you can't do is fix someone elses car or build rabbit hutches and sell them online, or rewire someone elses house that would require a "work permit"
  12. Air guns and pellets...are now military weapons.
  13. Wifi 2.4 is close to the frequencies used in microwave ovens for cooking your food..but perfectly safe for your brain ? "5G" cell phone stuff includes frequencies up to 30 gigahertz I'm sure that some people are very sensitive to this microwave energy and who actually knows what the long term effects are on human health ?
  14. It's quite difficult to accept that taking spinal material of a dead person and injecting into the brains of monkeys who then died proves anything much other than its not a good idea to inject foreign material into your brain.
  15. Yes look at the clowns running most of the other countries around the world...they say whatever it takes to get into power and then almost invariably do the exact opposite of what they were "elected" to do. Thailand has kind of twist in that the elected government is often overthrown by a military coup whilst or before getting anything worthwhile done.
  16. Inspect the handrail yourself each and every time before leaning against it.
  17. That won't happen due to reasons we cannot talk about.
  18. Perhaps because they are taller than Thais and the railings are below their "center of gravity" and they kind of expect high safety standards which are often not met in Thailand so he railing might be poorly secured or rusted to bits they lean on it thinking its safe and whoooops.
  19. How about Pakistan ? they seem to be quite angry about the attacks on Iran.
  20. The way not to get ripped off is to obtain the docs, drive to the Land Office, take the test, etc.
  21. You don't need a work permit to do work on your own property.
  22. Extremely hypocritical, but remember Hitler was bad so Israel has the right to do whatever the “f“ it wants and anyone who disagrees is "Antisemitic“
  23. They said he was Putins puppet but obviously he is someone else's.
  24. And so you just accept that they must be correct...not curious/enquiring at all it seems.
