    Yes I believe you are correct its very important to lodge a complaint of land encroachment as soon as possible for example after a lease has expired and they refuse to vacate.

    Exercising the mind is part of overall health, using a computer to learn new things, play games, engage in online forums etc etc... I think can be beneficial.

    The invoice is for changing the brake pads not the discs/rotor if the discs/rotor are worn so that there are grooves in them, then it would be advisable to regrind them its much cheaper to do that than fit new ones.
