    Ours wouldn't have even bothered. One villager had an item of gold stolen from her house and she saw who the thief was . She called the local lazies and they wanted considerable monies off her before they would act. We have called them once and they said they would send somebody tomorrow , so the wife rang the Changwat police and they informed our local lazies to get off their 'arrises and come help us. They were not pleased .

    That is top most on my priorities when booking a holiday , " what country can I visit who doesn't require an arrival/departure card ". Have to build another airport to cope with people taking advantage of this ground breaking move.

    I know it is my job to do my 90 day report , and Immigration do send out a reminder. If you had read my post , I typed the words " I just received my 90 day reminder , obviously an automated diue to the holidays etc." Didn't that give you a clue ?

    I was driving too fast and the brakes couldn't slow me down in time before I collided with another vehicle. This isn't brake failure .

    They do like to fight after a drink. I worked in Russia for 3 years and every Sunday they would have a BBQ , plenty of alcohol and a few would come in with black eyes or a fat lip on Monday.

    Couldn't people just report thefts , assaults etc. to him , save wasting time with the Keystone cops.

    I remember years ago in a Walmart they had an ATM where you swiped the card . So much easier.

    We used to have a nice river flowing through our village , kids could swim in it , and people fished it. Then upstream a Pig farm processing plant opened up . It is huge. Now the water has mostly gone , the silt ( pig 5h1t ) stands proud , the vegetation growing from it is horrendous. I asked the Mrs why they didn't do something to stop this. " Pig farm pay money to boss and police "

    I even had a slip of paper with a date stamp on it . at first I thought they were giving me a 90 day report reminder, I told them that my 90 day was due before that , then they explained in Thai to my Mrs what it was. Following year they didn't ask . It's just the same old same old , different days with different officers can have a different outcome.

    I didn't give it a chance , , cos' every time they asked , I provided it. I wasn't going to take the risk of falling out and arguing with somebody who can make my life difficult just for not providing a bit of paper from the bank.

    I was told a while ago by the IO at Ratchaburi , if I leave Thailand I have to report on return with a new TM 30.

    Here we go again. Tracking my package and for some reason my package was dropped of at my " destination office " which is is 70 miles away from where it should be. It is " out for delivery " though I don't think it will arrive today , someone will realise that they have sent it to the wrong office . It will be returned to said office , then transported to the correct office and delivery will probably be tomorrow ( maybe ).
