Well that answers my questions I had posted in another running OP on the issue. Now they need to investigate the local water sources (wells etc.), and water machines.

Maybe that is one of the unknowns as far as the prosecution goes. The way you can tell you have ice from a factory here in Thailand is the cylindrical shape and hole in the middle. Made using proper equipment, yet sometimes that can be bad as well if the equipment is not cleaned or sanitized, and why I mentioned in my comment above about them checking the factories which bottle water and make Ice. For those that get there water from a machine at 1 baht per liter how do you know the machines filter is not old and nasty.

I have called the restaurant myself many times when my orders were not correct not the delivery company. The rider picks up the order which has your name on it. They then double check the name when they deliver it, and many take a photo as proof they delivered it to you, at least in BKK they do. Many times the restaurant realizes they put the wrong item in a wrong bag, remake the order and send it out to us. So it makes perfect sense.

Please explain why the serious charges hold no water. Are you being serious or just looking at what you only want to look at. With the records in his possession never having gone to the National Archives, as required by law, the man essentially stole Government documents.

Have they actually checked with the Chinese tourism industry to ensure the tourists are in the que, or is this just all speculation.
