After living in Udon, Phuket, Chiang Mai and then in BKK and traveling the country numerous times we decided to buy a house here in the Southern HH/Pranburi location near the beach. Kept the condo in BKK for visits to the city and for my kids to stay at when in Bangkok. Hard to get rid of a penthouse condo with a view...... -

Prachuap Khiri Khan. South of HH is Pranburi. Good beaches the further south you go. Some nice small ones with no one around. -

Why? Is there a problem with HH PKK -
When I returned to BKK from the Philippines trip I took to completely close down my business (had to cancel the business permit I had) my passport was stamped again with my original end date (Admitted until) of 7 Oct 2027, so it appears that immigration is doing things differently than they should. I mean with the end date (Admitted until) rolling as you say @Misty one would never ever need to update to the second 5 year period........just very strange.

More than 5M Chinese Visitors expected in Thailand next year
ThailandRyan replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Will Omegacron 23 be the newest wave to spread for the next few years, or will the immunities gained from having the virus be enough to protect oneself as well as being vaccinated... Sure to be someone along who will espouse that the immune systems of those vaccinated is no good...saying that for my friends French poodle. -

Searches and inquires where does the linked article say bookings? Yet returning they: which is still a barrier to travel to certain countries who are already requiring the same now, but not Thailand. Imagine coming here for 2 weeks and returning home with Covid you caught from a fellow traveler or even from within the country and being asymptomatic. People coming to China will still need a negative virus test 48 hours before departure and passengers will be required to wear protective masks on board planes, an online post from the health commission said. -
I allegedly dropped my drawers and bared my rear end before using a public toilet, will I be removed from my position as head of my household? I do not care for anyone in any Government, but since when is it a crime against the countries elections process to visit your father for the holidays.

Talked to BOI today by phone. It appears that those obtaining the Visa prior to the current updates had their files sort of archived and nothing was done with them after the ongoing updates. I was told that my application was one of those and is why I am still stuck on Step 7 pre-approved (even though i have the Visa already) and I can not add my dependant until it shows completed. That will he when I will have access to that screen. The update, the latest and newest one should be completed by next week, and all prior visa issuances will be updated in the system. I was told to expect a request for an upload of my LTR-P visa stamps in my PP at which time my process will move to completed and I can then upload my dependents information. I was told creating a completely new account for the dependant is not the way to go about the process now. The agent I spoke with called me back about 30 minutes after the 1st call to go over what he sees on his screen to confirm its the same. He then told me IT would be in the loop starting next week and I would get a call then as well. Apparently my visit where I was told they were going to get it straightened out was sidelined by the newest update. Beggars belief.

Keep telling yourself that. You surely don't pay much attention to the events occurring in China. -

That's a hope and wish. I do not see where China is letting their folks leave the country yet from the main land. All the article says is that they are relaxing entry to China with only a negative PCR test needed. Or did I miss where the article said China is allowing the citizens of its country to travel outbound. -
Forza350 vs. ADV350 vs. Xmax300
ThailandRyan replied to aldriglikvid's topic in Motorcycles in Thailand
Pretty much with smaller wheels. Just rode from Hua Hin to Prachuap Khiri Khan Mueang 120 km, n8ce ride. Headed back after a late lunch on the beach down here in PKK by the temple with all of the Monkeys. I added a back rest for the GF and have soft bags for extra gear in case we decide to overnight it. The T-max would be better I think for long rides. Longest we have taken was to Krabi from the house in Southern HH/Pranburi. -

China has still not allowed outward travel from the mainland for general tourism purposes, so please tell me how again how Chinas statement of no quarantine for visitors kept their own people from traveling outward. -
