Drivers went down to explore and map out plans to salvage it but they were unable to enter the hull because of a risk of the ship tilting further which would have endangered them.
Divers did not search inside tthe hull yet the Admiral knows there are no crew entombed within. Of course he did say 'on' and not 'in' so perhaps he is correct.......????
Bids to raise the vessel will be accepted only from relatives but expect them to be few if only 100 million Baht is available. Get it up, drain it, a quick spray with WD40 and up on blocks in a childrens playground.
