In terms of Russia/China alliance it's the North East passage (or Northern sea route), and it's already working. It's under Russian and Nordic countries' control. As to the NW passage, it's largely under Canada's control. See map. Greenland is already part of NATO and there is already a permanent US military presence there. As far as I know, Greenland or Denmark have never been opposed to an increase in US miliary presence. It's just another Trump BS!🤣
