  2. Lol...I actually caught a old guy in Jomtien on my last visit riding one of these mobility scooters , I shouldn't say "old" as he was about 60 , Aussie guy fat overweight and told me he was on the disability pension from Australia as he couldn't work as he had 5 different sicknesses Apparently Centrelink/ Dept of social security at one stage stopped his disability pension trying to make him work 20 hours a week until he fought in court to beat them as he had trouble walking as he was well near 200kg He parked his mobility scooter outside the sports bar in Jomtien, the rubbish sports bar opposite subway , As he got off he huffed and puffed walking his sweaty fat arse to the chair sitting down drinking beer and two packets of crisps, he only walked a few metres and was wiping his face with napkins sweat pouring off him As I was leaving this rubbish place I walked over to him and whispered in his ear ...."Go to the gym nine bums !!!!!! What ? He said shocked The elderly I presume Australian owner shouted to me "get outta here mate !
  3. Very true ..many including the Brits are from housing commission housing or as they I think, call them in the UK, council housing ..but ..that's no excuse to be sick tired & unfit past 60 because you come from low class areas
  4. Nearly all of most farang ken on Pattaya have big bellies , sweating , puffing Why don't you exercise if your over 60 this is the answer I'm looking for I mean sometimes I hear stories from old-timers in Pattaya ,oh I use to be a champion rugby player etc My Theory is recovery ...you tried the exercise say at a gym and your recovery is low which is understandable your mind becomes lazy and your body tired I plan to do boxing whilst I'm in Pattaya maybe even Muay Thai ...can I go full at it ....no not at my age , but I'm trying unlike many of you who look far far older than your age Is alcohol a killer to recovery after 60 ...please let me know Do you need more carbs after 60 Why are you not exercising after 60 ,,, I realised we can't do it everyday ..but at least 3 times a week Why ? Tiredness ? Not interested? Too much effort / pain in getting out of breath? Too much recovery time?? Pain ? You really should be doing boxing or muay Thai training ..I'm not talking about hitting hard in talking about stamina What about running a few times a week past 60?? Knee problems then WALK <Mod edited post - flame removed - OP, don't call other members out. It just encourages trolling.>
