I bet I can lift more in the gym than you can , I just done two sessions yesterday and today in back twice again....3am this morning I was in the gym all to myself smashing the weights....thankyou for keeping me motivsted My BP today was 158/90 and I'm happy and healthy lifting big !!!

The new doctor I see is a Asian Australian guy who doesn't believe in blood pressure medication I got rid of my other doctors ( lady doctor ) as she made comments I had hypochondriac This Asian guy, actually I should say Australian born Asian , has fixed all my illnesses and listens to me and fixes them , he sits there for the whole 15 minutes and doesn't say a word whilst I go through my list of sicknesses The only thing I wasn't happy with was last week when I had a headache I told him I think it was a brain aneurysm and he sort of laughed and said that is caused by genetics and I don't have that and then refused me a brain scan saying I don't need it...and then said not for that particular reason anyway !! Well what reason is he talking about ? Brain tumour?

Blood pressure checks are rubbish Mine is around 140/90 The doctor once put me in amlodipine , took for a week .made me tired Went to another doctor,he said you take testereone that's why it's up Stay off the BP medicine he said 140/150 etc is normal according to him ,if you have no side effects from higher BP then don't take the amlodipine
