How would that happen if your lifting weights?

I prefer afternoon training , strange that a gym doesn't open till afternoon,I guess they must close late . Just try the afternoon routine,you will get used to it eventually

Be honest please ! I actually was watching a You Tuber who recently came back to Pattaya after a number of years absence. I always thought he was around 70ish ,turns out he is 63 Same with another passed on Pattaya YouTuber who said he was 59 ,I though at least 69 What about you , do you look older or younger

Some people really had hard work jobs , how would you like to be a cop somewhere on a Friday or Saturday night Some of you really did it tough over your working years ,then there was no work life balance

I do however find Filipinos seem to excel and are trustworthy in jobs they do. I have worked with hundreds in Australia and they do seem in most times to go over their work requirements, maybe it's to please the bosses I don't know , but they do jobs others dont do eg Aged care nursing etc I find them hard working Filipino who will do all the overtime etc in Australia,are they trustworthy? I would say not in my opinion ,they will lick the bosses bum Anyway this thread is about Thai people not filopino people !!!!!

Strange , I said that about Filipino people, I went to Philippines first time last year after going to Thailand for the last 25 years , I would actually "trust" a Thai person more than a Filipino, maybe it was just the "area's" of the Philippines where I stayed though

May I ask your dose? I had to cut mine down to 150 monthly because it seems I already had high testereone. People must be aware of the dangers of testereone as well ,increased prostate cancer, heart attack ,and if you already have too much testereone you will grow "titties" and have erect nipples You will then have to go on anti estrogen medicine will will make you "breathless" , my friend who owned a business in Pattaya was on high testereone last year ,I warned him ,I really did , sadly

I'm grateful I have a relatively easy job where I can take umpteen coffee breaks etc being a hospital cleaner But ...just reading on here a poster saying he worked 30 years in a paper mill How someone do that day after day after day Did any of you do it tough during your "working years" , Thai expat You Tuber Steve Rosse says he had to travel from New Mexico to Texas and back every single day to work as there was no work in NM, a ,90 minutes drive each way every day !!!! Australia DOES pay a pension if you live abroad,how do you think the old Aussies are living in Philippines and Thailand. You can even be on the disability pension if your sickness is deemed permanent

Well Australia all has a "assets" test for people applying for the old age pension. Those that saved too much , working too hard don't get it 🤣

I don't understand this "paying in " to a social Security fund ? Is that like a Superannuation/Retirement account ,your using your own money ?

I'm gathering by the info here that some Countries eg America , required you to pay taxes for awhile to get the old age pension when your times comes? Is this the same with the UK now? I'm a bit confusing with the UK because some said you needed to make "contributions"? what if you didn't bother to work all your life eg live in council housing on unemployment benefits in Australia you don't even have to work all your life eg be on unemployment benefits and still able to access the old age pension at 67 without paying a dime in tax all your life . I mean there's people in Australia who haven't found a job in 20 years ,I'm sure same with the UK what happens in America with that if you didn't bother to work ,are you still eligible for the old age pension at 62 or whatever age ? So if I didn't bother to work all my life in America say lived in a trailer park or whatever and lived in unemployment welfare benefits (if they have it in America) then I can still get the old age pension at 62?

Canada sounds the best ,even better than Australia where we have to wait until 67

I'm trying to find out about other countries Govt Social Security benefits when you get to retirement age . It seems the USA had the best where you can get Government benefits at 62 and head off to Asia With Australia the worst waiting until 67yo nowadays but must be residing in the Country 2 years beforehand to gain access to overseas payment. New Zealand told but not sure that kiwis cannot get the old age pension sent overseas ?????? Am I wrong ? The UK is 67yo but apparently their pension freezes in Thailand,but they can apply from Thailand and no need for them to go back to the UK to apply unlike Australia Not sure about Ireland Denmark , Sweden ,Germany please tell ,
