TRC--Bringing you the best repeats of shows already shown on True that already were repeats of shows shown in the rest of the world years ago... All in STUNNING HD quality (except where we don't have any HD repeats to show).

Years ago I subscribed to their top package only to find a short time later they added more channels which cost more. I think we have moved from gold to platinum not sure if the present one is titanium. Not exactly sure what happens when we have exhausted all the elements.

He's really good, standard male haircut cost 150 bath. A very friendly gay with good feeling for fashion, he teaches too.

I would ask an owner in the building or a resident member of the condo board...

Also if it is Community Wifi your reception can vary greatly form room to room in the condo building. Better to take your laptop there and check room by room

Dumb user question... I have a USA Garmin 205w with a SD card that holds my Thai map... How would I go about getting the new map and what is the cost?

1. Buy some software (Which Software & Where?) and load it myself.

2. Buy a new Thai Map SD Card.

3. Wander around the CM Pantip mall with my 205w and find a friendly vendor to do the upgrade for me.

As an alternative backup check out the website Dropbox It give you 2GB cloud drive.

I find it great as a desktop drive that I can save files on and access from any of my computers.

One thing to note after sale - Keep a copy of the wire transfer in documentation (This proves you brought the money into Thailand), Land Department Sale Contract and Land Department Deed - These will ALL be required if you ever sale the condo and want a bank to wire out to repatriate the funds out of Thailand. I would suggest scanning them and emailing them to yourself as a way to store them... In one other thing get your name on the Blue Book - This can possible reduce your withholding tax when you sell...

Hello I am looking to buy this specific style of chair and ottoman - The Chiang Mai SB Furniture has it for 50K baht (On sale!!!)... I was hoping someone had seen it in another store for less?

I got a double entry tourist visa from PP 3 weeks ago,you can let it do by your guesthouse or go yourself like I did;only a few people so finished quickly, but I had to wait 3 days to collect my passport,luckily there was a guy outside who approached me and told me I could have my passport back next day when I paid him 20$,i agreed and then he talked to a guard who called somebody inside the embassy and he confirmed I coule come next day 4 PM to collect my passport,i did not have to pay him before.So next day I went to the embassy and the guard gave me my passport with the 2 entry tourist visa in it and i gave him 20$. for 25$ you can get your passport back same day;also the 2 entry tourist visa was free. You cannot do the 20$ settlement inside,only with those guys outside. To obtain the 2 entry's I had to show my airplane tickets,for a single entry no documents required.

Janalisa - Do you think the Guesthouse contacts could have gotten the visa for you with a next day turnaround? And you said you had to show a plane ticket - Do you mean a ticket proving you are leaving Thailand in the future(BKK out of Country)?
