Why is Joe Rogan so popular??? Can anyone, logically, explain his popularity?
He is one of the few people who interviews interesting guests for long discussions, not just a few minutes. I agree though he is a tattooed thug and openly promotes the use of heavy drugs (how is that allowed).

When Our Money Dies
Who cares about the price of gold, it is irrelevant to most people. If all countries price trillions of funny money their currencies will fall. But if they fall at around the same pace they will still be worth around the same compared to each other. It's just that a loaf of bread will be $2 instead of $1 and your salary will be $100,000 instead of $50,000.

CAM Fee massive 43% increase for zero extra benefit
In my condo you need a letter from the Juristic Office confirming the condo is debt free (of common fees) before it can go to the Land Office for sale. Isn't that the first thing any buyer would check? In answer to soi3eddie - even if these are unsold new units if the developer has not paid their CAM fees the unit can not be sold.

Joe Rogan releases podcast with Trump, draws 300K views in 30 minutes
I saw it and thought Trump performed very well. A credit to his country as a potential President. I also saw the Musk interview with Tucker. I was shocked when he said that California had just passed a law which allowed people to vote without showing ANY ID. Incredible that the USA, the land of the brave and the free, would promote such a law which can ONLY be there to allow voter fraud.

Why Kamala Harris was always destined to lose
I think most non Americans are concerned at the way she was "chosed" not by the American people but by the Deep State elite. Just like our own President of the EUSSR.

You don't need to invest anything. Anyone with a half decent house in London can sell it for $1 million and live like a king here.
