  1. Yes a devout Christian. TalkTV has confirmed that the Presenter is on a 410k salary. Just look up which BBC Christian is on that salary, there is only one (cough Welsh).
  2. Yes you would think the computer would list out all overstayers who are more than a few days over the time limit. Then send in the boys.
  3. My condo has a no pets policy but a few keep pets. I can't see a cat being a problem if you are discreet. One of my neighbours smuggles a small dog in and out for walks in a backpack.
  4. Just look up the Youtube video by Serpentza about 2 weeks ago. Fields and fields full of abandoned EVs. Are they fake?
  5. Half the country is covered in dangerous smog for 6 months of the year but they are worried about a few baht buses !!
  6. Massive discounting is the only way to get anyone to buy an EV. Most of the manufacurers have already gone bust in China with tens of thousands of unwanted EVs abandoned in fields to rot.
  7. They have a very big enemy on their doorstep looking to take over all of SE Asia, but one sub won't stop them.

  13. Everything is made on the cheap in China so they are all crap. You just have to accept that these failures will happen often and write it off to experience.
  14. Tell her it's you or the cards. If she is an addict she will choose the cards.
  15. Why would the votes in the 2nd round be any different than the first?
  16. Of course, you can get a taxi anywhere but should travellors have no other choice?
  17. Yes i think that sort of deal almost guarantees that Pita won't get elected.
  18. I think part of the problem with UTP is getting there. No rail link, is there a regular, cheap bus link? not that i know of. Must be the only major airport in the world with no transport links. We can wait for the high speed train ha ha in 2100.
  19. Fixed it for you. Women in the West can be just as psychotic.
  20. I started doing it 15 years ago, probably saved around 1 million baht, which would pay for a lot of health care. If you are a non smoker and in good health well worth doing. I was always dubious that even if i had health insurance would they pay up? If it's in YOUR bank account no problem.
  21. Thais don't drink it because they can't afford 500-1000 a bottle. If the tax was normal then a good wine might be 3-400 and they could sell much more.

  23. Yes my Bangkok Bank has blocked my ability to select transfer limits, which include 50,000+, which i presume is linked to this new system. So it does apply to foreigners.
