Imported frames (upvc)were too expensive, but chinese made uminim i would go with. Still not cheap, but hoping the noise reduction will be as you experience. i am sure they will be cooler as well, till the walls heat up ???? for all those who wonder..... a 250 x 120 4 pane window ( 2 inside panes slide open) with mosq netting, installed around 17,000 baht regular aluminum frame with single pane glass... around 3000 baht at local shop

I already googled and see one or two companies. Has anyone in CM area installed doubled glazed windows? Would be grateful for any recommendations, opinions ( are they worth the price) , how well do they keep out the noise? thanks, rumak

thanks, i would appreciate that. I had five built 15 years ago for rentals and they work great. Easier to clean than the Francke brand, and a LOT cheaper. Not hi-so....... but not bad fan in pic needs some cleaning lol

Had a kitchen hood done years ago, shop near Holiday Inn. Not there anymore. Anyone know a place that does such work? Will post a photo in a bit. I do not want to buy at Home Pro, etc way overpriced

YEP, those are a few of the things that can go wrong. I (who have been here many years) would not suggest the "business" route to anyone. The OP got a lot of "likes" for his "positive post" ..... I do not think those posters know the pitfalls. Almost ANY way in which a foreigner invests money in land or a house will not have an easy out IF the guy has problems with his lady. There are exceptions, of course. The guys who were fortunate enough to find an honest and long time sincere lady. Like all things in life........ things can change, and with "love" , very often do.

I think WE ALL AGREE that what you wrote above is true. The only dispute is WHICH SIDE of the political spectrum is the one that was doing such evil things. (BIG SMILE) Then again, there are a very few here that understand the REAL TRUTH (source : Rumak) . I know what it is to be stubborn . Even intelligent people are not immune. Though IMO the smartest of all are those that can put aside their have to be right attitudes and create a more open mind.
