May i add........ supplements, correct diet as per the individual, the correct exercise and intensity APTI (as per the individual) , willingness and ability to read lots and lots of articles, find sites offering natural solutions, and have the smarts and guts to use themselves as the trial subject . It takes time and effort to establish what works and what doesn't APTI . I was in ok health, probably like some others that are 50's to mid 60's on this forum and in the world . Not obese, fairly fit, and no major physical problems. Well, everyone i know who is now in their seventies has had a rude awakening . Some much worse than others. Personally , i began to just not feel strong, and have minor issues that seemed like one thing after another. Some, not so minor (like knees, and some internal stuff) . I have seen an orthopedist or two ... ( and one was helpful) . As for internal stuff..... they would have had me on PPI medicine ( NO THANKS) ..... and Statins . And anti=inflamatories. etc etc . I found "natural " solutions. Using determination . Not giving in to "take these pills" . Just recently i discovered a real game changer . But..... to discuss my results and what i use would only feed the trolls. The same sad folks that think they can laugh at what is promoted by a group of alternative practioners of improving and maintaining health without drugs, drugs, drugs. READ the possible adverse effects ! Before i awoke... i did not read them. Heck, these were doctors ! Well, the adverse effects woke me up . Then i researched "other doctors" with different solutions. Five years later........ my health has improved and i am in much better condition then at 70 . A work still in progress. I met a longtime friend today for lunch . His wife immediately remarked how good my lady and I looked. He, unfortunately...... was not doing well at all . I tried ten years ago to suggest some lifestyle changes and different way of solving health issues. Very few will benefit from such advice.

Excuse me if I interject a related "component" of the great reset , or as i call it " the great fk over" . But by working a bit more, or saving a bit more..... life for those who put in the effort seemed to be ok . Extra effort = more reward . But the last twenty years , money printing and the creation (by those mystery puppeteers) of greatly hightened "inflation" ..... where properties and goods DOUBLED or Tripled within a short time , well, that really screwed the middle class and the retired people of the US (and elsewhere ) . Simply put..... a very small percent "OWN" just about everything . And money buys power, influence, weapons, and obedient soldiers . So..... i try to get by with being creative, living simply, and searching the ever more difficult to find " health alternatives" to allopathic poisons . Once you are reliant on the "health system" ..... you are truly on a path to physical and monetary ruin. Covid and the plandemic.... helped push the whole reset along . And the monetary control is what is really destroying life for the average "citizen". When food and shelter (and health) are no longer affordable for the average person.......... what is there to do but sign on the dotted line of slavery .

i see from your posts on another subject that you are well aware of the proliferation of "paid for" sites . Well, those that are googled are mainstreet sites definitely bias and paid for. "fact checking" is of no use . What to do ? Well, for those looking for so called natural solutions instead of allopathic ones...... it is a long process . reading, finding sources/people you think you can trust .... then starting slow with trial and error . slow ! don't overload , give things a chance which means some time. for instance... you mention magnesium glycinate , which is ok .... but magnesium chloride (from my research) is much better for muscle issues. I would have to go through my research to find you some links. What you can do when someone like me suggests something is type in " is magnesium chloride the best form to take as a supplement" . that should get your search started . healthline, harvard health, stanford , mayo clinic, webmd ..... all allopathic big pharma mouthpieces . going "alternative" takes commitment ! many times i almost gave up and ran to a "doctor". For stomach issues they will all put you on a PPI , with some other stuff. BADDDDD . cholesterol ? statins ! badddddd on and on. Earth Clinic . its a start . mind boggling at first . I am a good source to make suggestions for issues i know about personally . but i am not a debater . note : AI is generally very biased . must scroll down and hopefully find one site that can be of use ( again, the MS ones are bias )
