Road rage does occur here . A farang was shot dead at an intersection in Chiangmai (many years ago now) . He was on a motorcycle and shouted at a guy driving a car . I also had a car stop , him pulling off the hiway and waiting for me (on cycle) because he thought i had given him the finger . I actually had just raised my arm , like one can do when thinking "look at that <deleted> driving like that" . i was not near him, nor could i see who was in the car.......... but he saw me and thought i gave him the finger. Luckily i stopped and headed another way as he was running towards me. Think of this post before you start something on the road.

same for me . also eat and drink little at evening meal(or none , but i stick with something very light) . I am 72. Most guys our age will not want to do what it takes to stay off pills.... and then operations. period

Great to see some people "coming around" to reading , and being allowed to read, studies and opinions and real life experiences of some formerly ridiculed and censored people. Including some very highly trained and leaders in their fields . Rumak applauds any site that allows these honest narratives, honest questions, and honest facts. Unfortunately humans HATE to admit they might have been misled. Maybe even lied to . After all, don't we all trust explicitly these politicians and paid for shills that have put the lid on everything, punishing those who want to be heard. So what if the pharma companies have been fined millions and millions of dollars before for fraudulent practices ? Surely they are trusted now. There are so many true stories about the harm being done . You will not find it on Facebook or google. Just as Twitter has revealed....... they were being told by the government what is allowed to be presented, and by whom. Is that how the TRUTH usually works?

I am BP optimal ...... RHR 61 i am 72 years old but "doctors" tell me i am in serious risk because I have high cholesterol levels ! LOL I would like to see their BP and RHR

Its strange......... I don't listen to anything the government "experts" say or recommend. If i do need to find some information I look on some hard to find sites (because , as twitter and facebook have revealed, the govt is active in censoring alternative views ) for facts that i believe in. As a result, in my 70's now, weight is perfect, and I am not on any pills to control blood pressure, heartburn, diabetes, stress, depression, prostate problems, cholesterol levels etc etc. Nothing like an overweight person on medications telling me what to follow if i want to live. Crazy

Yep..... if ya ain't sick, you can always take some pills that will solve that .
