A permanent resident can walk out of immigration with their residence certificate and never go near an immigration office again in their life if they choose.

Travelling abroad requires a re-entry permit though.

i have a german mate who got PR after alot of faff. i am sure he said he needs to be in the country at he time of renewal each year. he took a big risk putting down the non refundable application fee and got it but said it is not really that beneficial. maybe some one with PR can clarify this.

  2. you dont. you need to find exercise you enjoy. i like kiteboarding so i do that. some people like tennis or swimming. gym is not the best for cardio anyway. getting an electric bike is a great idea and use it as your transport. pedal when you want to work up a sweat and use electric when you just want to go somewhere. cops leave you alone as well.

Great fun but isn't the alien that Arnold killed a bad guy?

Or did they become a super hero in a sequel?

I bet the kid had fun and its no less strange than seeing pro-athlete size lb's running around in high heels.

yes, perhaps we bad foreigners (or at least thought to be bad foreigners) can turn it around to be thailands super heroes in the future like the predator.

Why not turn all the cremation centers into power plants.  I just don't get it, why Thailand is so dead set on destroying its environment and endangering it's own people and for what...MONEY. for the 5%. So much for Buddhist principles.

takes about 50 liters of diesel to incinerate a human so the power returns are not very good on crematoriums. these incinerators are an almost perfect solution. getting power to dispose of garbage. almost seems too good to be true.

Simple answer do your own washing and cleaning. If it's only 2 hrs a week sure you could do it yourself

in the army we would get charged with committing an offence if we left our lockers un locked. i agree with this poster however just dont put yourself in a position that you have to trust anyone. keep life simple and enjoy it more.

  6. thailands banking systems and ATMs are up to international safety standards because they are copied from or provided by international companies. some things come down to human error such as phone companies giving out sim cards to the wrong people without checking who they are and people not being careful with access keys. human error happens every where but it seems to be more common and more disastrous over here.

  7. some one here promised me the lottery thing was solved. at least he said the deck chair thing was solved. he cant be wrong on that as well right? and bangkok no longer  has a mayor. not sure if that was solving a problem or not. i am fast loosing my faith in the current government. just catch the bombers and my faith will be reinstalled mr general. what, thats the job for the police?

It had to be impulse because she would have picked a  more meaningful place to end it like at that new skyscraper in BKK, Bayok tower or a famous bridge. People in the US travel to San Fran just to jump off the golden gate bridge. Jumping at the airport, a shopping mall or a parking garage has to be a quick decision.

does it really make any difference where you do it? end result is the same provided you are high enough. in the end it is her life and up to her when she wants to finish it.

Wait a minute. They're increasing capacity from current 45 million to 60 million. But isn't it already well over capacity? So when it's finished it will be about right, ok, but then what happens in 5 years? 10 years?

reactive. standard practice in this great country. hope they dont just tap the new drains into the existing system. they will have to start using amphibious sea planes in the wet season.

nz does that mean Nieuw Zeeland as the Poms changed it to New Zealand.

Well my experience with Kiwiland which I based on my years of the first half of the fifties when it was a country with honest people turned out to have drastically changed towards the end of 21st century costing me a fair bundle of NZ$.

Wishing you the best of luck in your change of country.

i lived the firs half of my life in nz. 21 years. hope it is the same as when i left. maybe i am hoping for too much.
