good luck but the developer who owns the majority of the units has the voting majority and can do what ever they want. dont waste your money on lawyers or going to the land office. i lost out buying off plan, biggest mistake of my life. i put a 30% deposit down and walked away from it. some times you gotta walk away, some times you should run. either way dont waste any more  money.

if the koran really talks about converting or killing anyone not willing to convert then this is not a religion that can not assimilate into the west. every muslim should have to sign a document saying they will adhere to western living principles to stay in the west and get kicked out if they dont. Arab countries dont allow westerners to move there and it is probably time the west looks at doing some sort of reciprocal agreement.

how many years ago was that? every time i or my friends have dealt with them they want money, even to do a report.

the transformer is putting out 120v. my friend is an electrician (a real one) he tested the voltage with a multi meter. the camera is on a plastic mount, no earth as it is supposed to be extra low voltage.

if they were so determined they would have done all of this 4.5 years ago. dont know why this keeps coming up in the news. he has got away with it.  wonder if they really cancelled his thai passport. not that it makes any difference.

 i would have thought most of africa, central and south america would have been worse than thailand. thailand seems pretty safe to me as long as you are care full on the roads.

actually there is no such thing as an international arrest warrant. the closest thing is a 'red notice' details shown below.  cops were just using the unknown location of mr redbull to stall.

if half the cameras installed are running 2 years after they were installed i would be surprised. the transformers seem to burn out very quickly probably due to the variable mains power supply. i got a shock off one of my cameras when i was changing the angle and measured 120v off the camera housing. how does that happen when the camera is being supplied by a 12v power pack?

top call. last i heard an international warrant has yet to be issued as the cops were trying establish where he was hiding. although i dont know what difference that makes.

think most of us wise guys know it is better to pay as you go on everything in thailand.

its your life and your money so spend both how you want. guys in thailand seem to like to complicate their lives for no reason. unless you are having kids with a thai it is better just to keep to your own kind who you can understand and relate to. i have a couple kids with a thai girl. she has 4 brothers who i have nothing to do with. they get up to all sorts of crazy things. one is married to a western woman and has a thai wife as well. i stay out of it at all costs. keep it fun and simple will be my rule when i retire back to thailand.

at least the money went to a good cause.
