As you folks may know, it is equally often that the Thai wife steals everything from the gullible and trusting husband, google Ian Rance to get the story of one guy. He fought back with lawsuits and got himself into quicksand, yet he ultimately prevailed with an excellent Thai law firm (maybe a few brown envelopes) But he went through emotional heII, with his passport confiscated etc. Fortunately she didn't take everything and had the money to pursue this through Thai courts.

Good point.
You are missing that the replacement document was likely forged after the guy got his hands on it. Unlikely that he could sell anything without proof of majority ownership. The original was probably kept safe by his wife. This presumes that this was the typical 51-49 split with the Thai person having majority. He likely only had to change those numbers, which would generally be a simple thing.

This happening when you buy something here for 100% price but you can own only 49% and the relationship going wrong
Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't it the Thai person who usually owns the 51%

Wise is a lot faster than they used to be. I was shocked on Saturday when my transfer of $1000.00 US was instantaneous. Which is good because I need some emergency dental work. It isn't always THAT fast, I think the variables come about depending on business hours of the participating banks and the amount of internet traffic on any given time. Holidays usually cause an extra day. But at least they're up front about fees, and they always charge the actual exchange rate. I don't keep an account with them, I just go bank to bank directly. Been doing it for years. Their customer service is pretty good too. Wonder how much money Western Union has lost to these honest and efficient options?

Regardless of the surrounding circumstances, or whether people want to lecture on carelessness or not, it always makes me so sad to see young people come here and then die tragically in the midst of the experience of a lifetime. The anguish of the families is, like they say, heartbreaking.

Children, children. This is entertainment, not a court of law. Nobody has to provide any evidence to anyone. Lighten up and enjoy the comedy. Nobody really knows what's going on, it's all speculation and opinion.

Yeah but she's still hot for her age, gorgeous. And I think she's not married and speaks pretty good English. Nah, not my type.

It should have never gotten this far. When a man hits you, it's because he saw it growing up with his father hitting mom, or dad was absent and he learned this behavior from other local boys who had the same environment growing up, and look at women as slaves and to be used. Staying never ends the violence and it will get worse. No man is worth staying with if he has to be a coward and vent his anger on a woman. This type are afraid of men and choose women because they are less likely to fight back. The sad petulant creep can't even make mama noodles by himself?
Very insightful although sometimes mental illness/impulse control/psychosis is at the root, also alcoholism can bring out the worst in people. Some people are OK until they have one drink. To expand on your point, that role model is interpreted on a deep level to represent the way people who love each other behave to each other. Nonetheless, it's reprehensible cowardly behavior.

Thrips eat fungus. How are you identifying them?
-
First of all Septoria does not infect people, it is strictly a plant fungus, mostly infecting tomatoes. You should see a doctor and refrain from self diagnosis. The insect is a harmless katydid, any insect which is green is a harmless (to humans) plant eater whose green color camouflages it amongst leaves

So... I recently encountered what I now know as a bum gun for the first time. You know, that seemingly harmless little sprayer hanging by the toilet?Yeah, well, harmless it is not.!
First, I had no idea how to use this thing, to I go in from the front or from behind. Spoiler alert: both ways felt wrong and there were no diagrams or instructions. I first thought it was for cleaning the floor, like a hose pipe or something.
Then there’s the water pressure. No one warned me it’s set to strip paint off walls! The second I squeezed the trigger, I nearly flew off the seat like a low-budget space launch. And let’s not even talk about the shock of cold water—no amount of mental preparation could have saved me from that wake-up call.
Anyway, seasoned veterans of the bum gun, I’m begging for your wisdom. What’s the correct technique here? How do you avoids not ending up taking shower!,
And is there a way to adjust the pressure so I don’t need a recovery period afterward?
Give a guy a hand here.I can't be the only one that's had this shock encounter when arriving here?
So what other little gems do I need to watch out for here?
Wait, have you come across the squat toilets with the water reservoir and water scoop/bowl yet? And no bum gun? Be afraid, very afraid, especially if you haven't brought your own toilet paper.

It just boils down to trial and error and experimentation. Wear a mask at first until you get the spay under control. Be careful about spraying your giblets all over the place, you might have to hose the whole place down with bleach in that case. Under high pressure it gives an enema at the same time, nice and clean for the ladyboys. You can soap up for a second round and get clean enough for them to eat off of. At the same time you can inspect for hemorrhoids while you're down there.

That is going to be the worst hangover ever, don't understand people who drink and drive in Pattaya, taxis are so cheap and available 24/7.
I don't think most people set out to drive drunk, they just have no self control once they start, along with a fair amount of irresponsibility in their personality for failing to plan ahead. Seems like there will be no end to this kind of thing. I'm not a hypocrite, I was an alcoholic and did jail for drunk driving. I once rear ended someone very slightly by not braking quickly enough. No injuries thank god and that was the last time I got drunk. I don't drive at all except for motorbikes in less populated areas, as you said there are so many alternatives, and my drinking has diminished to near 0, I just don't want to put myself into that state, I don't like it, and I like to take in all of life's details as well as remember them clearly. The thing about these people is you don't know how much of this behavior is triggered by the alcohol and how much is the person they actually are. Some people are Jekyll/Hyde personality drinkers, perfectly nice until the booze hits and then instant ɑsshoIe. I feel especially bad for the vendor who couldn't afford his own hospital care. If I'd been there I would have helped with that. Hopefully his head injuries won't have lasting consequences.

£2.15 billion?????? I worked on the Channel Tunnel and all that was only £4.5 billion. I doubt the whole of Leonardo SpA are worth that.
Look up how punitive damages are assessed based on the net worth of the defendant. Punitive means the punishment has to be severe enough to hurt and to deter further such actions.

Just a sec, I'll check everything. Oxygen, good. Airflow good, reasonably tight. Toilet and stink? Well I guess I'll have to call for professional help on that.

There is the conundrum in the issue.
As a significant factor in the economy of Thailand and neighboring countries agricultural product and the food component such as rice are of extreme importance as exports and a staple of diet.
Sugars' modern mechanical harvesting methods are reducing the pollution factor rapidly.
Mechanical harvesting of rice not so much.
So it seems that the urban based objections ignore realities.
Ignoring reality seems to be a lot of people's favorite pastime.
