    This was one of the ideas and also somehow, provide some type of work/business for Thai people, but when the hospitals started to overflow with people how misused the weeds and clogged the system a call was made for a re-think of the way the went about it in the beginning...

    Not that i condone overstaying but there are millions of illegal workers and stayers from neighbouring countries in Thailand working illegally some commit crimes and engage in illegal activities hardly ever get caught while never paying one baht in any taxes....

    The blame really can be sherd by all parties, by owner who beat up the guy for a minor offence, the thief who refused medical treatment, the medics who let him go knowing his life was in danger, AND THE POLICE, for doing as little as possible, as usual, because there's no money in it to be had only paperwork...

    In a country with 70+ millions inhabitants with the only way to forget their hard life and 'entertain' themselves is the way of the booze and lots of it, it bound to happened that such situations will eventually will occur..

    You can find those meds here with no need for prescription, the other thing you can do is ring you doctor in Oz and ask hip to prescribe you more meds and get a family member or a fiend to pick the prescription up get them filled and post them to you, this way you know you use the real stuff and not maybe a fake of low grade meds locally made...

    Dealing with loan sharks is the last resort anyone in Thailand will go too, but they do and they hope that somehow, someway, they will mange and be ok which is in most times is a false hope, but to barge into a hospital rough the man up and take his car? this is stooping so low even a snake will not do it...
