What everyone you wrote there it was correct, so much so that even in Israel there's a huge movements to stop the war, however, Hamas will not release ALL the live and dead hostages, insisting on only releasing a few at the time, and staying as the controlling powers in Gaza, despites all the countries who declare their intentions to recognize a Palestinas state providing Hamas let all the hostages go, lay their weapons and move to other countries among other conditions Hamas are not happy with any of the conditions as their intentions are to stay in power and to form a a government to control all the billions that will come in to Gaza re-build the place. Israel has no intention of occupying Gaza. In 2005, Israel withdrew all its forces and dismantled the settlements in case that fact was known to you. and this is why israel, IS FORCED into action they'd rather not take.

Hamas has set up their headquarters and operation command centers in hospitals, schools, kindergartens and where ever civilians were endangering the lives of all other civilians, knowing full well that Israel would be very hesitant not to attack such targets, until they started launching rockets from those places, which left Israel with no choice.

Yes, you're right, but those issues could have been worked out but no, until the 7th of October, Palestinians were roaming free all over Israel, working in all kinds of industry, farming and building, life in Gaza was flourishing and calm running business, building a future for themselves, and then came Iran with their deep hate for Israel and Hamas came to be as a body whose Iran Lackey bent of the destruction of Israel that they told everybody, than came Hezbollah with trier rockets, and the insurgents from Iraq and their rockets, and the Syrians and their rockets, and then the Hutties and their deadly Iranian rockets, and let's not forget Iran with their ballistic rockets and so on, and on, and on.

Look, Hamas prepared this deed for years, digging 10's of km of tunnels, arming themselves, recruiting new fighters, stocking up with supplies and money ( they found millions of dollars and Israeli shekels hidden in the tunnels) and they knew very well that Israel response will be swift and deadly, and yet, they went ahead, mind you, while Hamas leaders and their families had the tunnels to hide in from air bombardments, not even one bomb shelter was built for the rest of the people, Not one Israeli wanted this to happen, not one, and I should know, but it did, and now, EVERYBODY is suffering, Israelis included.
