This is a tragic story and people need to be held accountable for their pets, under law, as if they caused the damage themselves as in developed countries. Unfortunately dogs are kept here and soi dogs fed for different reasons than Western countries and nothing is likely to change soon.

Ah the memories! University town in States 28 years ago. 6 friends living in a huge a 4 bedroom plus loft in a nice Apartment Complex. Bad idea then and there still worse idea in Thailand to sublet a what is basically a hotel room. Then illegal AirBnB ad and causing potential immigration violation for actual owners. Don't waste your money on a lawyer OP,  live and learn.

I notice most of the people driving without lights at night have dark tint. It obscures visibility so much they can't tell their 

headlights are on or off. Doubt they can see pedestrians either. And as a frequent one of those, unable to make eye contact. There

are situations when crossing such vehicles, I can't tell if they see me, or sometimes if the vehicle is even running and is just parked.

Dealer offered me tint, don't want it Factory glazing on HR-V good enough.  AC strong enough for a small home, run 5 minutes, Icebox.

After Israel is "forced" back to negotiations will Israel agree to right of return and one man one vote as Barghouti demands?  That would mean suicide for Israel.  I think it is intellectually dishonest to not admit that calling for the end of the one Jewish state on earth is not fundamentally anti-semitic. I feel particularly sorry for the well meaning dupes in my country (USA), even American Jews who fall for this propaganda disguised as a social justice moment.

Israel has every right to justly ban entry to those who do not love the Israeli people and support Israel's  values.

Revolting ? Cooking eggs is not easy. Good thing I like them fried over hard and covered with nam prik pla , salsa or tabasco. Hollandaise is an emulsification of egg yolks and liquid butter, it must be whisked at a certain temperature or you will get scrambled eggs.A chef once told me Food is inherently disgusting. The Hollandaise sauce will soon "break" ( separate ). The properly poached egg, It is only momentarily appetizing leave it out a few hours and eat it it might kill you. I certainly don't have the skills to attempt cooking such a dish

By the way most of what is served as Sauce Hollandaise is actually flavored Mayo along with its artificial emulsifiers 

and stabilizing compounds.I have never seen a decent English Muffin at a restaurant here maybe they have them at Rimpong/Tops I never looked.
