Similar other Thai foods at these markets sitting in tins no heat or cold for several hours. Add, warm raw meats sitting out for possible days no refrigeration. A little fan above it and a lady with a paper in hand to swat the filthy flies off. A harborer of sickness. Bacteria, stale taste, diarrhea and vomiting.
