Been to both in Chiang Mai. I think GO is bigger, cleaner and fresher. Their meat department has many more choices and seems a fresher product to me. The rest of the store is about the same. Maybe the produce is a little better at Makro. If a person is shopping for fresh meats/fish, GO wins I think.
