  1. Are you a Russian AI forum bot as what I am hearing is you are condoning this Invasion and Genocide?
  2. The main problem with your statement is Russian people do not want to fight half of them are defecting to Phuket! As for your estimation on deaths on the Ukrainian side please see below I don't think Ukraine are doing too bad if you look at the stats and bad luck to anyone that lives in Phuket and has to put up with the Russian defectors. Ukraine are a hundred times more committed to retaining their country than Russian citizens other than Putin want to take it from them, that makes more of a difference than Tanks, Planes, Bombs or Guns. The only thing Russia are succeeding at is killing more Ukrainian civilians than Ukraine do Top Work!!! Russia has lost around 90,000 to 140,000 soldiers with 500,000 to 700,000 wounded since the war's start. Ukraine has suffered over 65,000 military deaths, 380,000 wounded, and around 12,500 civilian fatalities.
  3. I very much doubt any British Prime-minister will need more from the US other than their already mutual working practices in major sectors.
  4. Won't happen if you look at Ukraine's resilience with a bit of luck Trump will be out of power or one of those kids might get an accurate shot and save the world!! To any Secret Service on here that was a flippant comment and not serious in any way, I am from the UK and we have very strict WOKE laws on Social media
  5. We colonialised your country with less! Happy independence day for this year 🤪
  6. I can't last remember celebrating a US independence day in the UK
  7. Would be too easy we used to own you anyways
  8. Ooops you guys are militarily easy the world leaders World War I (1914-1918): U.S. failure to establish sustainable peace frameworks and ineffective military strategies led to unresolved European tensions. World War II (1939-1945): Misjudging Japan’s resilience and failure to establish long-term peace strategies fueled the Cold War. Korean War (1950-1953): The war ended in a stalemate, failing to reunify Korea and leaving the peninsula divided. Vietnam War (1955-1975): The U.S. failed to prevent South Vietnam’s collapse, resulting in a humiliating defeat. Gulf War (1990-1991): Failure to remove Saddam Hussein allowed him to remain in power and set the stage for future conflict. Iraq War (2003-2011): Faulty intelligence led to prolonged instability, sectarian violence, and the rise of ISIS. Afghanistan War (2001-2021): Despite initial success, poor nation-building and a chaotic withdrawal led to the Taliban’s return to power.
  9. Advice from an American on successful wars how Ironic, Vietnam, Afghanistan the list goes on
  10. That's BS the US isn't the be all and end all in the world I hate to burst your bubble. The same as WWII until someone bombs you again you won't see the flaw's in your actions.
  11. Gone off with pride standing up to the bullying he got in that meeting IMO
  12. I doubt anyone on the front line fighting a war for 3 years would give a flying F about what Donald Trump thinks, they are a fairly resilient bunch these Ukrainians the US could learn a lot! If they stopped sending money to Ukraine it wouldn't stop them fighting the war and many other countries in the world would probably fill the US presidents gap between his ears. Also a kick in the nuts for Donald Trumps business skills when he can't get his hands on all Ukraine's precious metals. So is Zelensky worried? Possibly concerned some assistance might dry up, but America aren't the powerhouse they used to be gaps can be filled apart from those between Trumps ears.
  13. Before aligning with Trump, Vance was a vocal critic, even comparing him to Adolf Hitler during the 2016 election cycle. Goes to show how fickle the people running the US are!!!
  14. He has been fighting a war for the last 3 years that he has been very close to, so to take cr4p from Vance who probably couldn't even shadow box himself I'd have called him a bitch too
  15. He was right with the Vance comment he is a bitch under the coattails of Trump, a little Trump robot!
  16. Yeah was a beauty this meeting watched it last night. They were talking about stuff that should not have been in front of cameras, Zelensky was made to look like a beggar and degraded in my opinion. Classic Trump in front of the cameras ever since his Apprentice days, but Vance what a dick head he was just sticking his oar in to escalate the confrontation.
  17. You tubers are generally full of it and will pull any stunt to get more subscriptions and views with a few exceptions. Fortunately we can all choose the content we digest, I will watch a couple of videos from a you tuber if I think they might be interesting then if I realise they are actually a knob, just block it so you tube doesn't send me any more suggestions for them.
  18. I think many viable options have already been discussed in this thread if you read back to achieve even cheaper what your requirements sound like. I am not sure why this is a shock to everyone Microsoft are maintaining two different Chat offerings Skype and Teams that apart from a couple of functions operate exactly the same and compete against each other. Meta (Facebook) have their own messaging solution but also own Whatsapp which has most of the same functionality so I would be very surprised even given the large number of Whatsapp users that merging those has not been discussed as a company strategy as a single messaging platform.
  19. I think the BG's are probably quite resilient they will figure out a Line option in my experience
  20. Sorry for posting straight out of ChatGPT everyone (just want to share the info found) I am looking for a solution myself, I may have slightly different requirements to other people with the UK static number, but I think I am definitely going to try Sonetel later today after an AI (which isn't always correct) comparison 🙂 TextNow Pros: Affordable: The paid plan, which provides a static UK number, is $9.99/month (about $120/year), making it relatively affordable for a virtual UK number. Free and Paid Options: You can get a UK number with a paid plan, but the app also offers a free version with ads (although it may not include a UK number). Cross-Platform: TextNow works on multiple platforms, including smartphones, tablets, and computers. You can make and receive calls and texts from any internet-connected device. Unlimited Calling: With the paid plan, you get unlimited calling to US/Canada, which can be a bonus if you make calls to North America in addition to the UK. Texting: Allows unlimited texting within the supported regions (like the US and Canada). No Need for a SIM: Since it’s a VoIP service, it doesn’t rely on your Thai SIM card. It works over Wi-Fi or mobile data. Cons: Ads on Free Plan: If you use the free plan, you’ll have ads, which may not be desirable for all users. You need to pay for the $9.99/month plan to remove ads and get a UK number. Limited International Calling: Calls to countries outside the US/Canada (like the UK) are not free and can incur additional costs, depending on the destination. Availability of UK Numbers: UK numbers may not always be available on the free plan, so you would need the paid plan to select and use a UK number. Limited Features for Free Plan: The free version lacks some advanced features like better call forwarding, voicemail, and professional call management options, which are available in the paid plan. Sonetel Pros: Extremely Cheap: Sonetel offers UK virtual numbers starting at $1/month, which is incredibly affordable for a static UK number. Simple Setup: The process to get a UK number and start receiving calls is straightforward. No need for complex configuration. Affordable International Calls: Sonetel provides very low-cost international calling rates, so it’s a good option for users who may need to make international calls from their UK number. Forwarding to Any Device: You can forward calls from your UK number to any phone or device (including your Thai number) via the Sonetel platform. No Ads: There are no ads in the service, even at the lowest price tier. Global Reach: Sonetel allows you to use your UK number globally, so you can forward calls or use it as a business or personal number from anywhere. Cons: Limited Features in the Basic Plan: For $1/month, you only get basic functionality like receiving calls. To access additional features like call forwarding, voicemail, and enhanced call management, you will need to upgrade to higher plans. No Texting: Sonetel doesn’t offer SMS or text messaging functionality, which could be a limitation if you need to send texts to your contacts in the UK or other regions. Limited Customer Support: The lower-tier plans may have limited customer support options, which could be an issue if you need assistance with setup or issues. Basic User Interface: The interface might be less intuitive and streamlined compared to other services like Google Voice or Skype.
  21. Textnow still looks quite expensive 10$ a month for static number on a paid plan. Sonetel has anyone used this? 1$ a month to get a static UK number and looks like you can do most stuff but some limitations if you are not an advanced business user etc.
  22. First limitation found on google voice I can't get a static UK number with a Thai sim card would have to be a US number. Textnow looks like my best option in my situation for a UK static number and Thai sim card
  23. ChatGPT my points by the way team doing research for myself as I do need a static number for a couple of different reasons so sharing the chatGPT convo!
  24. 1. Access to Google Voice: Google Voice is available in Thailand, so you can access the service via the Google Voice app or website from your devices. You can receive calls on your Google Voice number if it's linked to your account, and make calls through the app or website. 2. Making International Calls: If you're in Thailand and want to make calls to the US or other countries, Google Voice allows you to do so at low international rates. Rates for international calls from Thailand will be higher than domestic calls but remain affordable. To call local Thai numbers or international numbers from Thailand, Google Voice can forward your calls to your device or allow you to dial directly through the app. 3. Local Number Availability: Obtaining a Google Voice number: While you can use Google Voice from Thailand, you cannot get a new Google Voice number with a Thai area code. You’ll need to have a US-based phone number to set up your Google Voice number. However, once set up, you can use the Google Voice number to receive and make calls globally. 4. Call Forwarding: You can forward your Google Voice number to a local Thai phone number, but international forwarding can incur additional charges.
