  1. "Preventing ICE from conducting an operation" sure as hell is. As is blocking the road, especially to obstruct law enforcement. The interviwee said that she was VERY good at blocking the road. Or do you think otherwise?
  2. Interesting new tidbit. A witness to the event, no lover of ICE or Trump, said proudly that Good was "leading a protest using her vehicle to prevent ICE from conducting an operation". She was the "main car leading the protest". https://www.tiktok.com/@peoplesworldreport/video/7592773818729483575
  3. A knife?!? A spike?!? So the ICE dude is supposed to throw himself under a moving car and STAB the tires until they deflate?!? That makes even less sense than "shoot out the tyres". You're mad, son. I don't prefer anyone getting killed. The world would be a better place if Good were still alive. Her death is a tragedy for many people, especially her wife and family. But she chose to go down this path and it went horribly wrong for her.
  4. Yes, and the ICE agents, having been trained in mind reading, should obviously be able to KNOW the intentions of someone. A person who is disobeying legal commands. A person in control of a 2 ton vehicle, which law enforcement is trained to see as a weapon when it is used like this. Renee sadly made the decision to set off this tragic chain of events. She assumed the risk by both protesting illegally, and then trying to , at best, evade capture. And at worst, trying to injure a federal agent.
  5. Do you reallly believe that "shoot out the tyres" BS? You watch too many cop movies. It doesn't work in reality, and is not a suggested tactic by any police force that I know of. So your solution would then be a police pursuit? That's safe.... especially since she already demonstrated her disregard for following legal commands from law enforcement. Let her drive away at high speed, on snowy roads, through a suburban neighbourhood...what could go wrong? She was engaged in illegal protest, being filmed by her wife, obviously baiting the ICE agents. When they called her bluff, she decided that the law doesn't apply to HER. To be honest, I can see her point. The left has been egging on protesters for months, encouraging them to do ever more and more dangerous forms of protest. Well, now you see the result. Once she disobeyed the command to exit her vehicle, she was on the wrong side of the law. Once she started to back up, she was committing assault. Once she started forward, she was fleeing and also committing an assault on the officer in front of her car.
  6. Actually, I heard he was dragged by the car of an illegal immigrant- a guy convicted of sex crimes against children. The agent was trying to apprehend him when the car took off. At least, according to CNN; https://edition.cnn.com/2026/01/08/us/ice-agent-minneapolis-shooting-car-dragged-invs What a Nazi! Pedos deserve to be left alone!
  7. Yes, YOU can see her turn the wheels because this video is shot from the side of her car. BUT... from the perspective of the agent in FRONT of her car, it is impossible to see. She was leading a protest involving multiple vehicles, according to an eyewitness. She deliberately tried to block the road and the agents. She was given a legal order to exit the vehicle multiple times. She refused and then started to reverse. Then she took off forwards.
  8. Seemed like a B grade effort at copying the Babylon Bee. Would have been better with a human voice and better timing on the punch lines.
  9. Not bad... some good moments. I'll give it a "B".
  10. There was no murder here. Please stop using inaccurate language.
  11. Don't put words in my mouth. Can you explain how you came to that conclusion? I am saying that people who break the law assume a hightened level of personal risk. Protesters walking on a highway assume the risk that they might be hit by a passing car, for example. Attempting to stop a Federal agent from arresting a suspect might get you pepper sprayed or shoved out of the way. That kind of thing.
  12. Latest info from Portland is that the "victims" were Tren De Aragua gang members and illegally in the US. Stopped by Border Patrol agents while driving. Then took off, nearly hitting the BP.
  13. Of course they do. Nobody is disputing that. But... When the protest takes the form of actively hindering law enforcement, physically disrupting their activities, it passes from protest (at least "peaceful protest") into crime. I am curious to learn what happened BEFORE the shooting. And not just 5 seconds before, but longer, to get an idea of the situation. My feeling is that Renee and her wife were out on a mission to confront ICE, what the form of that confrontation was is not yet known. I would also like to see any body-worn camera footage from the agents, if there is any.
  14. Wrong. "Shooting out the tires" is something you see in the movies or on TV. But in reality it is impossible, especially when the vehicle is moving. I cannot think of any law enforcement agency that would endorse this as standard practice. It is right up there with "shooting the gun out of a bad guy's hand" in being totallly unrealistic.
  15. Yeah, so many parallels... please do try to be sensible and not hysterical. The brownshirts were an offshoot of a political party. ICE is a federal law enforcement agency. Wow, identical! The brownshirts targeted German citizens. ICE targets illegal immigrants. Wow, again so similar! I will let you continue the list.
  16. She was not murdered. My point was to contradict the inaccurate belief that she was a simple bystander caught up in an ICE raid.
  17. Assuming facts not known. Do you have any evidence that the shooter knew her?
  18. A New York Post story related to the lady shot by ICE in Minnesota reveals many interesting details. Far from being an innocent victim trapped in a difficult situation and reacting out of fear, she was an anti-ICE activist. She was trained in how to spot and disrupt ICE agents and their operations. Also how to use her vehicle to do so. According to a friend, “[Renee Good] was trained against these ICE agents — what to do, what not to do, it’s a very thorough training,” As to her group, Ice Watch; The group started out as a very loose confederation of anti-ICE activists, but has recently aligned itself with more radical organizations including Twin Cities Ungovernables. and ICE Watch recently shared an Instagram post of the group’s which encouraged agitators to bring items that would help them barricade the streets around where the shooting took place, even urging people to bring things to burn, such as dried-up Christmas trees. How quickly the narrative changes... Source; https://t.co/OkLkUK86QF
  19. Let's dissect this; "Gun toting masked man". You mean uniformed law enforcement agent (known as such by Good) "Trying to yank her door open". You mean gave a lawful order for her to exit the car. Tried to open the door when she refused. "Wheels cranked hard over to the right". Wheels were straight when she reversed. The agent in front could not see her wheels. "fellow Trump goons". You mean other federal agents. No evidence of when they were hired or who they voted for. "soccer mom". You mean out of state resident who came to Minnesota to confront ICE agents "all over her husband". She was a lesbian. No husband. Nobody else in the car. Her WIFE was outside the car, filming everything for social media. Other than those few quibbles, you wrote an accurate and nonbiased assessment of the situation. As for the shooting endangering others, that is a valid concern. It will be brought up in the investigation.
  20. Fair enough. I didn't want to get into the idea of whether or not he saw the wheels spinning, turning away from him, etc. Personally, I think if you are standing in front of a vehicle you can't see the wheels at all. Perhaps he heard the spinning briefly before she accelerated, but again we don't know what he did or did not hear.
  21. I mean, God forbid if we let an investigation happen before leaping towards a conclusion that by coincidence happens to align perfectly with our political beliefs... From what I saw, it happened like this (trying to not mind-read the principals) Good stopped her car in the middle of the road, perpendicular to traffic, blocking the ICE agents' vehicles. This is a criminal act. An agent approached her car. She stopped and rolled down her window. She knew he was an agent, not a random hood wearing stranger They talked. The agent was leaning on her door frame She started to reverse, startling the agent Meanwhile another agent had moved in front of the car She started forward, spinning the wheels. Don't know if she even saw the agent in front The agent in front fired 3 times. One round at least through the windscreen Other than that, it is all speculation
  22. Then how, pray tell, did one of the bullets enter through the FRONT windscreen of the SUV? People throwing the "M" word around need to calm down. Same as idiots like Noem who call the deceased a "domestic terrorist".
  23. To me, part of the problem has been the continued escalation of the protests. From simple demonstrations to actively hindering federal agents, to assaults, to destruction of property, to attempted murder. And these are all egged on by the radical left and their allies in the media. And as the protesters get away with it, they act more and more violent and get bolder about their actions. It becomes almost a badge of honour to them, when in reality they are committing serious felonies. These are the same people who lionize (and rightly so) the police who were injured in the January 6 riots. "Right wing protesters injure law enforcement? Round them up and jail them. Left wing protesters injure law enforcement? Justified civil disobedience." A little consistency would be nice, instead of such naked political expediency.
  24. She was stopped. One officer was leaning in her window. She then reversed, obviously trying to escape. The officer at her window was almost knocked down. Then she floored it forward. The officer IN FRONT of the car fired. 3 shots in about 2 seconds. She had no reason to be terrified. She knew they were ICE and DHS agents. She and her wife had been trailing them and stalking them and shouting at them all day. She was probably angry at being called out for her actions and realizing that what she was doing was in fact illegal.
  25. You mean the guy standing in front of her car when she floored it (you can see the tires spin)? Or the guy standing beside the driver's door who was almost knocked down when she reversed and then drove forward?
