  1. It hasn't changed. If you're British by Descent you cannot pass on your citizenship to children born abroad. However, there are exceptions so definitely worth pursuing.
  2. I'm sure she'd rather see Harris or Newsome (or better still M Obama) and there's a good chance of that happening. Anyone but the orange man.
  3. No. Just the blue book and government issued insurance.
  4. Congratulations Taylor - you won the Superbowl, now for the election.
  5. Your daughter is British by Descent so cannot pass on her British citizenship to her daughter, if she too was born in Thailand. Technically, anyway, but there may be a way round it if you consult a specialist.
  6. Good to know, thanks. I'm surprised the fussy French accept English or Thai and don't demand Francais!
  7. A IDP is certainly not required to drive in the UK, as a Thai licence is printed in English. Not so sure about all countries in Europe though.
  8. @tomgreen This is an interesting thread - do you have an update? Did Cigna come up with an acceptable/affordable plan?
  9. Did you read his post? He's applying for his daughter's passport.
  10. Paying for sexual services with an underage provider is illegal. It makes no difference whether they were 'barfined' from a bar, or whether they showed fake ID.
  11. Gosh. People smoking weed at a rock concert. Who'd have thought?
  12. Just wait until your next renewal.
  13. It depends what work they do. 18 is fine for waitress work and dancing. No idea where you got 21 from.
  14. Possibly a more up-to-date link here: https://www.gov.uk/get-document-legalised/apply-for-legalisation Definitely easier to do if you're in the UK, but apparently can now be done online.
  15. It's more likely found in Thai karaoke bars, but maybe that's where this guy went.
  16. She's got to wait at least another year before she's allowed to run for President.
  17. Old enough to have good taste, I'd say.
  18. On the contrary, many of us have had to do exactly what the OP is asking. This is how Forums work. All the Embassy will do (if they respond at all) is refer him to the website I've already listed.
  19. All the UK Embassy will do is refer you to the gov.uk website. All the answers are there, although the OP has received good advice here, which is what the Forum is for. https://www.gov.uk/get-document-legalised/apply-for-legalisation
  20. Has a new savings requirement been confirmed yet?
  21. And she's not interesting?
