The situation has changed.no, my point was that the world we live in changes, not always in a way we like it. We might be able to resist for a while and avoid locations that have changed, but eventually it will become the new norm and we just have to accept it. Re fingerprints, that's the direction the world is going to. There are many countries in the world that have already implemented it, and the rest will sooner our later.
Now, do not worry about having your fingerprints taken. This is inevitable.
Worry about how to protect yourself when this information is leaked and used not in your interest. -
* picks up a glass at a restaurant*, oh, Jack was here recently.I have yet to be recognized by my fingerprints.- 1

Pineapple, gummy bears, acid.Does it really matter?
What would you do if you know they store them in a simple database and lots of people could access them?
a) Would you not come to Thailand anymore to avoid this?
b) Would you complain somewhere and/or insist they don't do that?
Accept it. TiT!

For those who live a western life style, including food, clothing, etc.
Cost of living has gone up.
For those who rely on foreign currency, the exchange rate has not gone in their favour.
Together, real cost of living in USD has gone up 20% over the last few years. More for UK and Euro people.
Pollution has also increased significantly in parts that were not as severly affected in previous years.
And of course visa crackdowns on those who abused the visa system (despite doing nothing more than wishing to live and spend here without taking a job)
factor all those together, and this results in a drop.
Also, Thailand has not achieved anything to offset these deterrents to try and balance or attract new expats.- 2

Pro tip:
That’s right, incase denied entry must use the same airline. If he used Airasia, plenty of options.

Never fly directly to Thailand. Always use air Asia from a nearby country.

It's easier to accept that we are in a corrupt 3rd world country and our
Morales and ethics mean nothing here.
Accepting it makes life easier here.
And if the limit of their corruption is a few thousand baht, it's not too hard to put up with. -

On a more serious node. Can i drive an armored vehicle legally? I'd feel safer in that.

What if the left is the shoulder? [emoji14]If someones overtaken you on the left - you're the problem -
They were all trained to say that.Ask any police officer in the uk usa europe they will all tell you speed kills, put together with poor driving standards and lack of enforcement,i dont think its a good idea for Thailand.
Speed does not kill, stupid driving kills.
You can die or hurt others at 90, 70, or even 30.- 1

Sounds like someone with mental illness. Sadly can not be treated if no one knows he's sick (until too late). And often times can not get the right meds.

East side of Pattaya will do you good. Near the lake. Not hard to drive into town and easier to get to the highway to go Bangkok.
Also Bang Saray, or even Rayong are worth looking into.
You can try on thaivisa classified section, baht found website, or go to ddproperty, they might have some choices for you. -
Has anyone checked if there are any security concerns with these apps (unintentional or otherwise)

I think the goal is to encourage companies to manufacture here, thus create jobs. That isn't a particularly cheap alternative.
I think heineken is made here for that reason. -
Just confirmed you can get this at Villa Mart. Imported. But both looked good.

I think the store is called chic design or something. Big, on Sukhumuvit and pattaya tai.
If memory serves they sold bed made from metal or cast iron. -
Is the problem due to exchange rate and your method of income proof is monthly deposits?
Is it possible for you to save up the 800k in time for the next extension? -
Or, you know, could require real training before permit, with strict law enforcement.
Oh, wait, nvm. -

It's a reach, but I think this is what happens:
1) Having this credit card suggests you have ample sums and are not going to the UK to work illegally.
2) Most of the documentation needed is to prove you will come back, but having this amount of money suggests you Will
3) UK can easily check your financial history with this bank. In conjunction with your passport, have all the information needed.
So basically a stream lined process where a credit check is already done.- 7

Technically you should not touch this med without checking with a doctor as it can kill you.No, this is not correct.
Do not 'double up' with any medication, unless you are advised by a physician.

In Pattaya, it's a bit hard to find the original brand names that are not fake. Not enough call to stock up on them.
Sidegra contains the same active ingredient, and is much cheaper, which is why you don't see Viagra much.
Cialis is also quite expensive, so the generic sells much better. But you can get the original in Bangkok.
Note: Cialis has a generic in Europe, so I do not expect the brand name to become popular here.
However, if you specifically desire original, your best choices is try the hospital (Bangkok hospital Pattaya). This will be very expensive. Alternatively, you can bring from your home country. Should not even need to show prescription unless you are bringing hundreds. -
The 100mg is the weight of the pill, not the weight of the active ingredient. They use fillers.Where do you know that from?
100 mg is 100 mg.
50 mg is 50 mg.
Sidegra does not come with 25 mg as Viagra.
I'd say you need to double up.

Keep in mind:
If paying 200 THB, 150 goes to the shop and 50 goes to the masseuse.
Some shops may give 100 to the masseuse.
So if you are paying 100, not more than 50 will be going to the masseuse.
So, in a way, they are relying on tips.
Also, if you are a regular, you might take a tip will encourage better reception next time.
