You could say the same for much of Australia actually, at least outside the major cities: Geologically fascinating, anthropologically interesting (and I don't mean the Aboriginals) ...
..you mean the horny/thorny devils ?

I think the last time I cowered behind the sofa, I was six years-old and scared of the Cybermen in Dr Who.
For adults to be like this just shows how gullible they must be. Are the people who posted comments about it adults, or are they seven or eight years-old?
I've been told off in cinemas here in Thailand for laughing at ghost films I went to watch with a girlfriend. Most of the audience were screaming and hated me laughing. The locals here jump at their own shadows.
..you were lucky..we didnt have a sofa.

Up here in the outback of issan I always call their Buddhism, voodoo.reminds me of the sequence in live and let die.apparently my stair case goes up the wrong way and is bad luck on the house.the mother in law said I need to knock them down.then when a woman gives birth she has to lay next to a open fire for a day and night.some really strange things go on up here.
..what's the aim here..5 baht a piece of wood..see if you can land it on the fie without splashing the big carrot.

seahorse said:"Thai Rath said that Precha was a lustful pervert with mental problems."
What's his Thaivisa name?
..as you can read the reply could be taken either way..(how does Thai Rath know he is a lustful pervert..so was 'seahorse' asking whether 'Thai Rath' was a member or 'precha"..or both !

This isn’t much of a reveal, it’s been around a long time in various incarnations. I saw one where a guy flipped a switch to turn on a secondary Fan behind the passengers that also made the meter run faster. Got out of that cab as soon as I noticed. I was on a familiar route and knew the expected fare.
..they frequently reach down and press the 'day tariff' button to 'night tariff' then back again a few k's later..all adds up.

But evidently no reason is believed that they will be needed... so why set-up the team?
Obviously this is a reminder to some in the Saraburi police force that they are being watched and cannot brush this one under the carpet!
..the carpet would be bumpy indeed..sad for the child involved.

..so what about the poor folk who can't afford a smart phone and all those who still use a pay phone, or you're up in the mountains and have no service...and..and.

Right. I’m wondering about the bystanders... nobody seems to make an attempt to help or care about the victim. They just let him dying alone on the road. Nobody seems to care... seen often here in the LOS. Why is that?
..scared shitless.

This donkey behind the wheel wasn't trying to flee, only took him 3km to stop.
Serious question, but is hit and run even a crime here?
RIP to the victim even if his driving certainly contributed to the outcome
..i counted the truck stationary for 21 seconds, with the driver standing looking back at the injured/deceased rider before he drove off.

I can't believe he slowed to a walk only 20 metres after having a gun drawn on him and apparently fired in his direction. If it were me I'd be running faster than Scooby Doo when he sees a skeleton.
Absolute coward act drawing a gun after a fist fight. Two lives wasted.
..he needed to run 1200 feet per second.
