He wasn't referring to someone reading a tweet, that's a whole different ball game. He was referring to the implications that this poll confirmed Musk's decision to reinstate Trump on the twitter platform, evidenced by him doing just that as soon as he closed the poll. His reference was clearly: garbage polls that do not represent the American people Surely you know twitter polls are open for the whole world to vote on, you know that even according to Musk most of his followers are bots, you know that only a tiny proportion of twitter users are verified, anyone can open an account with no ID. He was correct, it was a garbage vote and not democratic

Not only bots, remember twitter polls are not country specific, they are world wide so how many of those votes came from the US or from Saudi, China, even Russia
