  1. Not surprising they are looking for specialists to help combat, fight and expose the amount of rubbish disinformation being spewed out by Russia, would you like some of the many examples? Canadian Government also does some of this: Countering disinformation with facts - Russian invasion of Ukraine https://www.international.gc.ca/world-monde/issues_development-enjeux_developpement/response_conflict-reponse_conflits/crisis-crises/ukraine-fact-fait.aspx?lang=eng
  2. I would imagine its just the same as when eating in a restaurant, no matter if the restaurant cooked the meal or it was a heated up one bought from an outside wholesale caterer then its the restaurant who is responsible.
  3. Have a friend who built himself a large western/thai style house on a few rai out in the sticks somewhere near Korat a few years ago. Fence and wall all around but no other security not even cctv. He and his Thai wife also got robbed with a couple of guys coming in. They got tied up on the bed while they robbed the house, no guns involved in this though. Extremely traumatic for them of course and they were not sure whether to sell up or remain, they decided to remain but got themselves a couple of Doberman Pinschers. Never had a problem since and both very happy again.
  4. Still waiting to see what my problems are that you suggest I take cannabis for? Once you've replied to that then feel free to discuss my response in the thread where I made it.
  5. Canada says Pope's apology for abuses at Catholic residential schools not enough The government's criticisms echo those of some survivors and concern Francis' omission of any reference to the sexual abuse suffered by Indigenous children in the schools, as well as his original reluctance to name the Catholic Church as an institution bearing responsibility. https://www.france24.com/en/americas/20220728-canada-says-pope-s-apology-for-abuses-at-catholic-residential-schools-not-enough?ref=tw_i
  6. He was replying in kind to this nonsense post you made: "The media had been preparing the simple-minded people for that because they KNEW that the Democrats were planning to steal the election." Do you have a link to that one?
  7. You may want to view my response to that link. What problems do you feel I have that you suggest I take cannabis for? https://aseannow.com/topic/1267197-royal-thai-police-to-conduct-prosecutions-against-illegal-cannabis-sales/?do=findComment&comment=17506864
  8. You point out a 6 day old unconfirmed battlefield report that was also reported on the BBC as being unconfirmed turned out to be just that. Gee thanks. In the meantime the Ukraine advance into Kherson is going well including cutting off Russians supplies with the Antonivsky vehicle bridge and the separate railway bridge having been struck for the third time in 10 days making it currently inoperable. I wonder how far back we need to go to see blatant lies by the Russians? Not far. They initially denied they struck the Odesa Port less than 24 hours after signing the Grain deal to not strike the ports. That piece of propaganda, blatant lies nonsense lasted just a few hours before then admitting it in the face of overwhelming evidence that it was them.
  9. Video of the strikes & aftermath in the article Ukraine steps up attacks on Russian-occupied Kherson A key Russian-held bridge into the occupied southern city of Kherson has been hit with a barrage of rocket fire by Ukrainian forces, who appear to be stepping up operations to isolate the city. Video and witness accounts pointed to up to 18 detonations on the Antonivskiy Bridge over the Dnieper River, one of the main Russian resupply routes into Kherson, with Russian anti-missile air defences apparently failing to intercept the strikes. A second railway bridge upstream was also hit. Filmed standing on one side of the bridge in a flak jacket, Stermousov said: “As you can see the movement over the bridge has been suspended. Indeed, tonight there was a strike by Himars.” https://www.theguardian.com/world/2022/jul/27/ukraine-steps-up-attacks-on-russian-occupied-kherson
  10. Utter chaos, another fine example of just why this whole thing on June 9th should not have been rushed through before appropriate laws and regulations were in place. "officials jumped the gun by insisting on licenses that don’t actually exist nor were required by law." “That’s exactly the point,” he said. “Welcome to Thailand.”
  11. You wont regret it that's for sure, if your personal budgets are ok then that's the only way to go, I know from experience with my own daughter. Has cost me a relative fortune but worth every penny to her and to me.
  12. All those dodgy sellers on F.B. are going to be all over themselves deleting posts..................lol
  13. Finally some enforcement coming on illegal sellers, new OP: https://aseannow.com/topic/1267197-royal-thai-police-to-conduct-prosecutions-against-illegal-cannabis-sales/
  14. Actually that petition was to put a regulation/law in to stop children being able to buy it legally which subsequently that was put in place so that under 20's cannot legally purchase.
  15. Justice Dept. investigating Trump’s actions in Jan. 6 criminal probe The Justice Department is investigating President Donald Trump’s actions as part of its criminal probe of efforts to overturn the 2020 election results, according to four people familiar with the matter. No paywall link https://web.archive.org/web/20220726230406/https://www.washingtonpost.com/national-security/2022/07/26/trump-justice-investigation-january-6/
  16. That's your opinion not the opinion I stated in my post as it was based purely on the financial aspect of the situation. At no point did I criticise his use of cannabis in fact made it clear its up to him what he does in his own home, got it? If I wanted to make a criticism I would probably have gone to question how he can speak to thousands of customers everyday.....???? but that would have been off topic
  17. I never said how they should spend their time and spending money on collectables can be an investment in itself.
  18. Yep, I save nothing as I don't smoke weed and don't do alcohol at home unless its a special occasion and my online work remains unaffected.
  19. No criticism for me, what you do in your own home is up to you, just the amount of money spent on keeping yourself high would indicate a problem in anyone's books, be that with weed, alcohol or any substance
  20. Yes the cynic in you, I prefer to wait for the facts of the report to come out and then see what is done.
  21. bro........$1,500 around 55k baht spent on weed monthly, I guess you must be permanently under the influence, do you have a medical condition?
  22. How do you know nothing will be done at the burial sites after the final report is submitted? Surely that depends on the outcome of the report.
  23. Good, all they've been doing recently is misusing it as a prop for their propaganda against Ukraine lately: NASA condemns Russia's use of space station for propaganda
  24. Not sure what you mean by your question, what specifics did you think I was referring to? The survey report is due around the end of this month according to the link I posted earlier: "Rosanne Casimir said they expect to have a final report at the end of the month about the survey findings at the former residential school."
